Chagrin Falls- Our kitchen sink and dishwasher were backing up and creating a real mess. Joe #3219 came out to the house, was right on time and it only took him a few moments to see what was going on. He explained the problem, gave us our options and let us know what the cost would be before he even began. He was very friendly and extremely professional and in addition to fixing the clogged pipe, also went the extra mile to put some plumber's glue on a couple of loose joints that were in need of it. No extra charge. We were really pleased with his service and will not hesitate to call Roto-Rooter again (and ask for Joe, of course) when we have our next plumbing problem. And in a 55 year old house, you know we will. It's not a matter of if, it's a matter of when.
