(Plumber/Cleveland)\r Our basement drain trap needed to be replaced. Technician Phil, #1695 diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He did an excellent job.

Roto-Rooter has the best plumbers in Cleveland. They were quick, and friendly. Their plumber went over various options with me to help me figure out which one was going to work best for me today. They were also reasonably priced, so I didn't feel as though I was paying for nothing. more

This company was quick to respond to my call and their plumber was very nice. He explained my different options and helped me to pick one would work best for me today. I really appreciate friendly service anymore. \r Their costs were reasonable as well. I reccommend them. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 5/12/11.Excellent & Prompt Service 5/13/2011

To the reviewers of Cleveland/Euclid OH. I am a single female home owner who tenatively refer to friends & co-workers when household things need repairing. Whelp referring to these individuals has yet to help me or my situation so my fingers generally go online to find the helper I need. Today, May 12, 2011 it was Roto-Rooter who my fingers lead me too. My issue, water leakage from the base of my toilet when I flush. I called Roto-Rooter and believe I spoke with a Paul. Paul listened to my problem and my need for help after five o'clock in the evening. Paul explained that he could have someone at my house at my needed time and that they will call me 30 minutes prior to showing up at my house. 5:02pm I listenend to my voice message from Roto-Rooter. 5:04pm I spoke with a female Roto-Rooter operator who placed my call on hold to contact the dispatcher who left me a message. The female operator verified my home address and stated someone would be at my home in 20 minutes. I explained that more

I like being able to request a specific plumber in the Cleveland, OH area. He is always friendly and cleans up after himself. He stays on the job not taking phone calls that come in. Also, like getting a call that he is on the way. more

I am able to request the plumber that I would like who covers the Cleveland, OH area. I always get a call when the plumber is on the way. The plumber is friendly, always cleans up after himself and stays on the job, not taking personal phone calls. I'm always pleased. more

Called Roto-Rooter to complete work on my shower drain. Edward (#3352) arrived promptly, explained the services needed, fixed the problem, and also gave us some great ideas for maintenance in our old-but-new home. Besides doing a fantastic job, he was super friendly and patient with all of my 5-year-old's questions. You don't get customer service like that anymore. Highly recommend!!! more

Had Cleveland roto-rooter Plumber (John 2723 ) Invoice # 16208194 for water problem, leaking in basement. John had worked for my mother in law and had done a great job, so we asked for him to come out and give us an estimate too. John snaked out 3 downspout drains and used a camera to verify our downspout drains were clear and not causing our basement water problem. more

I had a kitchen drain pipe that was leaking into my basement. I called in a plumber who said my job was too much for him to handle. He recommended Roto-Rooter. I called and in two hours Mike was here who fixed my drain pipe as quick as he could despite the cramped area he had to work in. He was friendly, professional and a very knowledgeable plumber. Needed someone to clear a bath tub drain in a rental house, called late Saturday afternoon and with in an hour or so, Jesse was there working on it...Jesse GOTTER done in short time and cleaned up the mess. Excellent job! more

We decided to give Roto-Rooter a shot, and were pleseantly surprised at many things. First, our call for service on a weekend came with no additional charge. Second, a technician arrived at our house within a 1/2 hour after our call. And third, our technician (John, 3623) was quick, knowledgeable, and personable. Two toilets needed the interior parts of the tank replaced, and what would have taken us all day to do, he did in under an hour. No more constantly-running toilets! Saved us time and money off our water bill! No doubt we'll use Roto-Rooter again. In fact, we'll be calling and asking for John soon as we need to replace two faucets. Again, what would take us an entire day to do, we know John will take care of in no time flat. more
