On 1/22/11, I called Roto-Rooter because my water tank stopped working. I spoke with a friendly customer service rep. who told me that a service tech would be at my home between 8:00am-10:00am on 1/23/11, that following morning. True to their word, Bill #811 arrived at the house at 8:30am. After looking over the water tank I was informed that I would need a new water tank. \r

Bill was very friendly and very patient with all questions that were asked of him. He did his work in a very professional manner, not leaving the house until he was sure that the water was running hot from the faucets and he was satisfied with his work.\r

I would have given a 5 star rating, but I will admit that I was kind of shocked with the total price of the work. I think everyone would agree when I write that anytime something happens in your home, that requires a professional, we are never happy with how much it costs!! : )\r

I am very happy with Roto-Rooter, especially the Cleveland Ohio location,
