To the reviewers of Cleveland/Euclid OH. I am a single female home owner who tenatively refer to friends & co-workers when household things need repairing. Whelp referring to these individuals has yet to help me or my situation so my fingers generally go online to find the helper I need. Today, May 12, 2011 it was Roto-Rooter who my fingers lead me too. My issue, water leakage from the base of my toilet when I flush. I called Roto-Rooter and believe I spoke with a Paul. Paul listened to my problem and my need for help after five o'clock in the evening. Paul explained that he could have someone at my house at my needed time and that they will call me 30 minutes prior to showing up at my house. 5:02pm I listenend to my voice message from Roto-Rooter. 5:04pm I spoke with a female Roto-Rooter operator who placed my call on hold to contact the dispatcher who left me a message. The female operator verified my home address and stated someone would be at my home in 20 minutes. I explained that
