(Plumber/Cleveland)\r Our basement drain trap needed to be replaced. Technician Phil, #1695 diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He did an excellent job.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 12-16-10 12/25/2010

My daughter had a problem with her basement drain and called Roto-Rooter. It was the best thing she could have done. Bryan Baker was the plumber who came and he did an excellent job. She was thoroughly impressed with him and the company overall. Everyone she spoke with was courteous and very helpful. So when I had a plumbing emergency a few weeks later (12-16-10), I too called Roto-Rooter in Cleveland and asked if Bryan Baker would be able to come out to see what the problem was. He was extremely nice, very helpful and very knowledgeable. He told me exactly what was wrong and then took care of fixing the problem very efficiently. Its nice to know that there are still companies like \r Roto-Rooter who have wonderful employees who treat their customers so well. Congrats to you. more

They got someone out to my renatal property right away and cleaned-snaked my sewer drain and educated me on the problem and different solutions for the future. I even got to see the camera through my drain to see the root problems accumulating in the drain. I highly reccomend them. more

They cleaned-snaked my sewer drain and educated me on the problem and different solutions for the future. I had a blockage in the basement. Edward spend 3 hours running the snake through the pipes. He was very personable, polite and was relentless. He wanted to get the job done so there would be no further problems. If i need service from Roto-Rooter, I would ask for Ed again and would recommend him to anyone needing servcice. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 11-25-2010 12/4/2010

Our plumber, Anthony, arrived on time. He was very professional and did a very thorough job. This job had to be done on Thanksgiving Day, of all days. He worked very hard to clear our drain of a large and I mean large bunch of tree roots that was causing our problem. He cleaned up after he was finished. And he also gave us some advice. My experience with Roto Rooter was pleasant and professional from the first phone call through the completion of the work. Derek was the first to arrive. He arrived right on time, explained the process, and answered all my questions. His co-worker, Scott, joined him. They were both very efficient, thorough, friendly and professional. roto-rooter dec 1 2010 steve kalnasy was very quick. he came to our condo and fixed our plugged up bath tub . he also told us how to keep the drains clean .i will always keep roto-rooters phone# handy. more

I was very impressed with the company roto-rooter in Cleveland. They called to let us know the plumber was running a little late. The plumber even called to let us know he was 30 minutes away from getting here. He was very professional and explained things very well while here. He made sure the problem was completely fixed and not just temporarily fixed. more
