(Plumber/Cleveland)\r Our basement drain trap needed to be replaced. Technician Phil, #1695 diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He did an excellent job.

Derek #946 was really quick coming out to my house in Garfield Hts. He was very helpful and solved our problem and explained how to prevent it in the future! after he was finished he cleaned up the basement better than it was when he showed up! more

Earlier this week we noticed we had drainage issue with our sewer. We called Roto-Rooter and they came out to assess the situation. After their comprehensive evaluation, it was discovered we had tree roots invading our pipes plus a collapsed section of line, causing backed-up & slow drainage. Steve (#3116) explained and showed me exactly where the problem was. He called it in to get an exact quote. The next day Steve came back to jet out our drainage completely to rid all the tree roots, which he did thoroughly until the last root was out! He then fixed the broken tile section. It was done for EXACTLY the price quoted, even though it took him a little longer to accomplish the job due to stubborn tree roots.\r Steve was really personable, and never left us out of the loop of what he was doing.\r Great employee and fast response of the company!! Monday September 9th we were having issues with our kitchen sink overflowing,even after using draino the night before. At first we thought it was our garbage disposal but we weren't sure so we made an appointment with root-rooter. Walter was over in the evening in the time frame that was given to us and he was very friendly and knowledgable. He even informed us that using draino causes more plumbing issues so we will know that for the future. He brought along roto-rooter solution to use and let us keep the rest of the bottle, advised us when and how to use it in all of our sinks and drains. I will use them again for all my plumbing issues. more

On Sunday, September 15th, we noticed the water pressure in our toilet was not where it should be. Within an hour of our call, our serviceman Mike (1031) was at the house and fixed our problem right away. He was very professional, friendly and courteous and alleviated our worries. On Saturday Sept 7th I noticed that my basement was flooded, within a half hour of my call to Roto-Rooter, the technician, Derek was there to help me. He found that my sewer line was blocked with tree roots and removed them, and cleared the line. Derek made arrangements for another technician (Jim 1405) to come and do the clean-up that same night. I was very happy with their work and prompt attention. I was able to sleep that night knowing that the problem was taken care of. more

Great Service! I called and someone (Joe 3219) was out within an hour. At first he was having some problems snaking our tub (we have a very old house) but after a few attempts he was able to solve the problem. I will definitely be using Roto Rooter again if I have any problems, I will also request that Joe be the technician that comes back to our house. more

We called Roto-Rooter for a garage drain that kept backing up. With the recent rainy weather, it had flooded our basement. John (2723) came and snaked the drain, an easy fix to an on-going problem. He was professional, helpful and friendly We are very happy with the work he did. The price was reasonable and we also have a warranty on the work. more

Had drainage problems after a big storm. Old house with lots of trees in yard. John 2723 came out at the time promised, solved the initial problem, but checked to make sure other issues weren't involved. After Paul 3569 jet lined our drains, we should be good for 20 years! more

A very reliable company! We started having trouble with our drains when our water was taking too long to drain after using the washing machine. Our tech Larry(418) was very timely and knowledgeable. It turns out our problem was much more severe than at first glance but we are grateful for their expertise. We will continue to use roto-rooter in the hopefully distant future. more
