Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

After another plumbing company wasn't able to fix a leaky shutoff valve on a pipe in my basement leaving me with cut pipes, solder all over the floor, a leaky main valve and leaving my tenants without water as well, I called Roto-Rooter. They sent John (#3623) , a plumber from the Willow Parkway Roto-Rooter franchise in Cleveland, Ohio. John knew exactly what to do to stop the main valve from leaking (the nut had come loose), and he did a great job replacing other corroded shut off valves. He and David also cleaned everything up when they were done. Thanks for helping me out over the Memorial Day weekend! more

We just had our water heater installed on Saturday May 29th by William Poe. He has done major work for us in the past so when the water heater went we requested him personally to come out and make the service call. He did an outstanding job and completed the job in the allotted time. Although, Roto-Rooter may not be the cheapest I would recommend them for their quality service. more

When we have needed a plumber of waste line problems we have used Roto-roooter plumbers. They have been in the Cleveland area since 1935. This most recent issue was due to roots in our line. The gentleman who came was very professional and experience. He cleaned our line but was unable to get all the way through to the city sewer. He recommended a camera inspection and I told him to go ahead. He suggested I watch the inspection which I did. He also was able to accurately determine the exact location of the bock and since this was on the street the city will need to fix it. I asked if he could explain the situation to the city and he did so which I really appreciate. He explained everything very well so I understand the condition of my sewer line and know what to do in the future. Thanks Roto-rooter, and thanks Larry! more

I had a plugged storm drain that was potentially could have flooded my basement. If I could not get that drain opened there would have been some very expensive repairs. I needed a plumber and called Roto-Rooter of Cleveland. They responded quickly and the service technician was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful in explaining what he was going to do and what the results would hopefully be. I am happy with the results and if I need a plumber again I will call Roto-Rooter of Cleveland. more

Thank you so much for making my headache go away!\r Yesterday my driveway drain became completely clogged causing my garage to become flooded...Of course this happened after a long day at work....So back to work as soon as I got home! Last week I managed to clog my kitchen drain, after trying to force water through I blew out the sink trap. Being plumbing impaired, I tried to reassemble the PVC piping for over an hour. I gave up and called Roto-rooter, they arrived within 30 minutes of my phone call, and fixed my problem in under 10 minutes; apparently the sink trap was missing 1 piece and the last people who lived here jammed everything together. I can't believe how fast and convenient it was! I highly recommend these guys! more

I was skeptical at first in calling roto-rooter to have someone come out to fix my toilet's plumbing. I assumed that by Roto-rooter being such a large, well-known company, their service would be impersonal and expensive. I'm so glad that I was completely wrong on both counts! When Floyd came to my home, he was considerate enough to wear protective covering on his shoes to keep from tracking any outside debris through my home. That to me was the first sign of good things to come. Floyd was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He actually took the time to educate me not only on the cause of my plumbing problems, but also advised me on how to perform several basic home improvement projects that he observed while inspecting the plumbing. He also offered several different remedies on how to fix the problem at hand. Above all, Floyd discovered a simple fix to the toilet's plumbing that not only resolved a problem I've had for two years, but saved me A TON of money. I've had plumbers come to my home, but none of them were as thorough or thoughtful as Floyd. I'm extremely appreciative to Roto-Rooter for having sent Floyd to my home - and I mean that sincerely, I would recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone who has a plumbing issue, and I hope that all of their serviceman are as professional and genuine as Floyd. more

Called Roto-Rooter to complete work on my shower drain. Edward (#3352) arrived promptly, explained the services needed, fixed the problem, and also gave us some great ideas for maintenance in our old-but-new home. Besides doing a fantastic job, he was super friendly and patient with all of my 5-year-old's questions. You don't get customer service like that anymore. Highly recommend!!! more

Had Cleveland roto-rooter Plumber (John 2723 ) Invoice # 16208194 for water problem, leaking in basement. John had worked for my mother in law and had done a great job, so we asked for him to come out and give us an estimate too. John snaked out 3 downspout drains and used a camera to verify our downspout drains were clear and not causing our basement water problem. more

I had a kitchen drain pipe that was leaking into my basement. I called in a plumber who said my job was too much for him to handle. He recommended Roto-Rooter.
