Earlier this week we noticed we had drainage issue with our sewer. We called Roto-Rooter and they came out to assess the situation. After their comprehensive evaluation, it was discovered we had tree roots invading our pipes plus a collapsed section of line, causing backed-up & slow drainage. Steve (#3116) explained and showed me exactly where the problem was. He called it in to get an exact quote. The next day Steve came back to jet out our drainage completely to rid all the tree roots, which he did thoroughly until the last root was out! He then fixed the broken tile section. It was done for EXACTLY the price quoted, even though it took him a little longer to accomplish the job due to stubborn tree roots.\r
Steve was really personable, and never left us out of the loop of what he was doing.\r
