(Plumber/Cleveland)\r Our basement drain trap needed to be replaced. Technician Phil, #1695 diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He did an excellent job.

Professional & Dependable 3/28/2011

Last date of service 3/22/11. As a business, we encounter a few emergency issues every year. Every time we call RR the day something is discovered, they get a plan together for us asap. We can depend on Lauries professionalism to get the ticket going and have always received same day service. All the guys that have come here are great. The services provided are explained & completed, recommendations are given(if needed) and prices are reasonable. A very reliable company for business and home. I have even received follow up calls just to see how things where doing. If someone is looking for a plumber, I give them their card! more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 2/10/2011 3/27/2011

We had a problem with the hot water faucet in our shower not working. Roto-Rooter wanted to send someone out same day. We scheduled for an appointment next day and they sent out Anthony. Anthony was great; knew what he was talking about, was not condescending, and even wore those little shoe cover booties so as to not dirty our floors. He fixed the problem and gave us $50 off. \r \r Extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgable. I would highly recommend. more

Mike(1063) and Clinton(2096) Are Great 3/20/2011

We had a blockage and called Roto-Rooter and they sent out Mike (1063) to snake our drains. He was really great but the job ended up being a lot more than snaking so Clinton (2096) came out for back-up and together they fixed us up. It took much longer than they expected as things got worse at every turn but they kept us informed and cleaned up like they were never here.\r \r I would recomend either one of them to my grandmother. more

Roto-Rooter Is The Best 3/19/2011

Could not ask for better service! Came out in a few hours, gave me a quote and was ready to start right away.I had roots in a storm drain and it took a lot of work to get them out, but Jason stayed with it till it was done. He definitly went above and beyond to get the job done and I would highly recomend him for any plumping needs you may have more

Great Service, Could not be happier 3/18/2011

I called RR to come out and see if they could unclog my basement drain. They came out the same day and even called 30 minutes before they arrived. John was very nice, knowledgeable, and gave me a quote and options before he started. Told me about the chance it will work and possible problems that could occur. I went forward with it upon the estimate. He was able to unclog the problem and alerted me to other potential problems, but said they’re just things to watch for and don’t need to be fixed immediately. John was very helpful and I am glad I called. I would highly recommend him and Lakewood Roto Rooter. - Bob more

Roto Rooter Plumbin March 15,2011 3/15/2011

My experience today with John 2723 was one of the most pleasant service calls I have ever experienced. As a single woman I appreciated the fact that John took the time to explain every detail of his ""diagnosis"" as well as each procedure he was conducting. Many times, woman are stereotyped as to not comprehending ""house hold"" issues that occur, in my case all water drains were clogged and needed to be snaked out. He was not just a Cleveland Plumber, he was a consultant and has an art for his craft. He was very thorough, pleasant and put up with my yappy dog. I will recommend John to any one that has a plumbing issue. Thanks John-Stacey more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers, March 10,2011 3/13/2011

I had John from Roto-Rooter, to do emergency plumbing work. John (2723) was extremely helpful! He came in and layed tarps throughout the house and spent a lot of time explaining to me the problem with my drains. He suggested I use a camera to do extra exploration work in my drain. He spent time giving me very detailed explanation what is causing my plumbing problems. John did an excellent job! more

The best service 3/12/2011

For 8 weeks we were having trouble with our grease trap. I called in another company to come out and fix it. They came and drained the grease trap but did nothing to solve the problem. I called Roto-Rooter and the very next day they were here. Al and Ted were the techs. that came. They were professional and informative. They came in and took care of the problem. They gave me tips and answers so we would not have the problem again. I will never make the mistake of calling another company again. I highly recommend anyone to call them for business or residential services !! more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 03/08/2011 3/8/2011

I called roto-rooter after I noticed water in the basement around 6pm and they send a professional to look at it. He came around 7pm and went to the basement. It was visible that the floor drain caused the water backup so he explained the issue and gave me an estimate to run a cable with cutters etc. It was very cold outside but he still worked until 10pm and made sure that I'm happy with the service he provided. It cost me $265 but to me it worth much more than that. Since he didn't find anything big he suggested me to get it checked by city and/or get a view with a camera if there's any other issue. He has also helped me contact some comapanies who will do the cleaning work. He broke a cap outside when trying to locate the clearing but promised to replace it for free tomorrow. I'm very pleased with his service and give him 10 out of 10.\r \r Thanks,\r Resident of Cleveland,OH more

Broken storm drains 3/8/2011

I had water backing up in the basement when the major flood hit the area. I called Roto-Rooter, They had a man on the site within two hours searching for the cause. He asked for additional help and they responded quickly. Phil(3560) water jetted and located the broken and blocked pipe, A crew was sent out to dig up and replace the broken pipe, in a highly landscaped area. They did a great job of saving and replacing the landscape With little damaged. to the area. Dan advised me to have a sump pump installed in the basement. They Send Phil(1695) & Derik(2908), these two worked under poor conditions during another storm and where very professional and it showed they had many years of experience, and had pride in their work. Yes, I will call them again, if I need a plumber! more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 2-28-11 2/28/2011

I called Roto-Rooter at 4:30 a.m. this morning in the middle of a winter thunderstorm, the likes of which I have never seen in February. The storm had dumped an inch of rain on 12 inches of snowpack. My wife went into the attached garage and water was boiling out the floor drain, I could hear her yell, ""it's 2"" deep"" all the way upstairs! \r \r Now we turned on the weather and the news was filled with Cleveland area flood warnings and storm alerts, which made our garage flood seem minor!!!\r \r Our first thought was call Roto-Rooter who in the past had unclogged our garage floor drains. They responded that morning and by 9:30 a.m. Clinton arrived and worked continuously until 2 p.m. to get the drain flowing again. \r \r Then that same afternoon Dan was dispatched with his video/locator equipment to scope out the drain line and locate the broken line which had caused the backups. We signed up for the prescribed underground repairs.\r \r All on the biggest flood day of the year. Great Service, Thanks Guys!\r \r more
