On Saturday Sept 7th I noticed that my basement was flooded, within a half hour of my call to Roto-Rooter, the technician, Derek was there to help me. He found that my sewer line was blocked with tree roots and removed them, and cleared the line. Derek made arrangements for another technician (Jim 1405) to come and do the clean-up that same night. I was very happy with their work and prompt attention. I was able to sleep that night knowing that the problem was taken care of.
