I needed a plumber in Cleveland to look into why the basement drain was going extremely slow. The service man determined the trap was broken, and came back the following night to fix it. He was thorough and also checked the front yard sewer line as things still didn't seem 100% and found roots there, so he had me call the county to fix that as it's a free service. The only complaint is that he said he was going to come back to check the sewer line after the city was here to make sure they got it, and also check a leak I had in my bathroom, but he never returned.... more

jesse holloway our technician was professional, I believe he gave an honest assessment of the problem and called another service member to solve the problem. This drain was serviced last June, but was totally blocked by april. This was also serviced by roto-rooter. Originally, 5 years ago, we had the drain serviced by this company and the problem was solved for 5 yrs. I am hoping for the same results as our 1st encounter. This co, is 24/7, so I was able to get them here right away, no extra cost. more

My wife and i called for a plumber to come out to our house here in Cleveland hoping to get a fix to an ongoing problem. Unfortunately that didnt happen. Our technician John #3623 was sub par to say the least for a service technician. It started as soon as he stepped out of the van with his floor savers ALREADY ON, then proceeded to come through our house from the outside. He gave two options to fix the problem without even walking anywhere else but to the toilet. He did get the drain cleared for the night, but left the mess behind that he created, and used a good half a roll of toilet paper, thanks for that. Non the less the bill was paid, the next morning the toilet is still clogged. I am in the in house service business as a heating and air technician and I am not impressed, especially for the money that was just wasted. more

I live in a double and I have been having some issues with very slow drains. In the basement there was a pool of water and a couple of days ago the upstairs toilet was causing the downstairs toilet to back up and overflow...disgusting!!!!!! I called Roto-Rooter and they had someone out to my home within the hour...awesome! The plumber that came out in the Cleveland, OH area was great from beginning to end. He was courteous and cleaned up after himself. He even gave me a few maintenance tips that could possible save me from another emergency call!! I was very pleased and will calll Roto-Rooter again and request the same plumber!!! more

Bathroom waste stack was cracked and needed replaced, along with replacement of original 1920's fixtures for a 2 story double house. Member Comments: WOW!! and WHEW!! Finally its DONE! Since late last year I've been looking for a plumber/ remodeler to fix the stack in my rental double, plus replace the original sink and toilet in the upstairs apt. Had several people come in, give estimates, then never call me back to schedule or do the work. Estimates varied from 2k to 10k for the same job. Had never thought of Roto Rooter because I thought they just clear drains. Since everyone else didnt work I tried them. VERY GLAD I did. Mike Blevins showed up for the estimate on schedule and went thru all that was needed, and even suggested someone to come in for the estimate on drywall once they were done. He then switched his off says to accomodate my tenant's schedule to start the work. He and Steve set to work on time and over 2 days: replaced the old stack that had about 6 connectors, associated connecting pipes as needed (sink and tub drain), cabled and cameraed the lines for blockages, replaced the upstairs sink and toilet (cast iron) and associated lines, relined the downstairs sink and reset the toilet, and endured a surprise toilet flush with no stack attached. Luckily they know the sound and moved out of the way in time! they cleaned up the work area and suggested use of the Pipe shield drain cleaner (included). And a 1 year warranty to boot. So I'm happy, my tenant is really happy he can use his bathroom sink now, and I can move forward with fixing the lower unit for rent. thanks for a great job, Mike 1063 and Steve 2992! . more

Sunday morning we woke up to find that our water heater had broken on us and called Roto-Rooter. Joe came out and gave us a descriptive detail of what our issue was. He was very knowledgable. He offered us a price on a top of the line Bradford White Water Heater. After checking around at our local stores and doing research on the water heaters at the local retail stores we found Roto-Rooter's offer to be the best. We had Joe come back to install the water heater. He and his partner did a great job. They had us up and running in a few hours so we could get our laundry and not miss a day without a hot shower. I would definitely recommend the service and Joe to anyone who needs a Water Heater Replacement or maintenance. more

I have used roto-rooter plumbers from cleveland before and they did a great job on my plumbing problems , so it was a no-brainer when i needed another plumber.I told Bryan (1663) what needed to be done and he asked me if there was anything else he could help me with.
