Monday September 9th we were having issues with our kitchen sink overflowing,even after using draino the night before. At first we thought it was our garbage disposal but we weren't sure so we made an appointment with root-rooter. Walter was over in the evening in the time frame that was given to us and he was very friendly and knowledgable. He even informed us that using draino causes more plumbing issues so we will know that for the future. He brought along roto-rooter solution to use and let us keep the rest of the bottle, advised us when and how to use it in all of our sinks and drains. I will use them again for all my plumbing issues.
