I was very pleased with the prompt response from Roto-Rooter in Providence. Having a toilet leaking into your basement is not a pleasant experience. The plumber, Jim from Roto-Rooter was here within an hour (closer to 45minutes). He was kind and courteous and thoroughly explained my problem. A team from Roto-Rooter returned the next am and was just as pleased with them. Kind, courteous and explained everything completely and made sure we understood what was going on. Would definatly call them again. more

I checked on line for a plumber that had decent ratings. I came across Roto-Rooter from Providence. I called to get a new garbage disposal installed and they said they would get someone there in less than an hour. Wow... I was expecting a few days wait. Their rep came, gave me a clear quote, used a drop cloth on the floor, was courteous, and cleaned up the entire job at the end. I am now planning on giving them additional work. I needed a plumber in Providence, RI to replace a faulty toilet. Roto-Rooter gave me excellent service. My call was handled courteously and a visit was scheduled to my convenience. The technician was prompt, courteous, and professional. He discussed my problem thoroughly with me and explained several options. I felt that I was in control and had the time I needed to make a good decision. He cared about the final appearance of my bathroom as well as about how the appliance would work. When we decided to go ahead with the replacement, he arrived on time with everything he needed, did the replacement quickly and took pride in the nice results. more

After a frantic morning I called Roto-Rooter, Providence, RI. The plumbers that came to my house were on time and courteous. They immediately went to work to try to fix the problem. They informed me every step of the way of what needed to done and how the problem would be fixed. They were able to fix the problem and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend Roto-Rooter, Providence RI to anyone needing plumbing or drain service! A friend of mine recommended them to me! more

I had a failed gas hot water tank and could NOT be without hot water for severe medical reasons. I called Roto-Rooter in Providence to inquire about service and pricing. Within one hour Jim Hoxeng the local technician # 7405 showed up at my door step. Jim walked me through the whole process answering any questions very rapidly. in a matter of minutes I agreed to have Jim do the job for me. After the scuffle of preparing things needed . Jim the plumber returned installing the water heater within 3-4 hours. I am very happy , that I not only have a higher quality hot water heater but also replacing things that were not up to code. Wow ! Roto-Rooter thanks so much to keep me healthy and you are quite fortunate to have Jim as an employee. Thanks Jim .. you are the man. Great Service 7/9/2010

I recently used Roto-Rooter to fix a shower that was not working properly. We have used Roto-Router for all kinds of plumbing problems as they always show up quickly, provide immediate price quotes and get the job done efficiently. Terry, the Providence Plumber, did a great job in fixing my drain problem. He also pointed out things that I should be aware of to prevent future problems.
