Review content:
I had a failed gas hot water tank and could NOT be without hot water for severe medical reasons. I called Roto-Rooter in Providence to inquire about service and pricing. Within one hour Jim Hoxeng the local technician # 7405 showed up at my door step. Jim walked me through the whole process answering any questions very rapidly. in a matter of minutes I agreed to have Jim do the job for me. After the scuffle of preparing things needed . Jim the plumber returned installing the water heater within 3-4 hours. I am very happy , that I not only have a higher quality hot water heater but also replacing things that were not up to code. Wow ! Roto-Rooter thanks so much to keep me healthy and you are quite fortunate to have Jim as an employee. Thanks Jim .. you are the man. I will recommend your services to any one who may be in need. Thanks Again ... Steven R
