At the advice of our plumber, I called Roto-Rooter for a particularly difficult clogged kitchen drain. Scheduling online was a breeze and even had an online coupon available. A job well done! 2/21/2012

This morning I had to call Roto Rooter to clear out our washing machine drains(that were backing up)and kitchen sinks drains ( all backing up leading into 1 larger drain!) The technician Apolo, quickly arrived, went straight to the task, answered all my questions, and was very informative. I would definitely use them again. Happy customer! more

top-notch experience today 1/24/2012

I've been on the market for a while for a new plumber and had little luck networking and looking through online ads. A friend recommended Roto-Rooter so I figured I would give them a try.\r \r The plumber (Anne) was friendly, knowledgeable, and fully explained what needed to be done. She even went the extra mile - pointing out other upgrades that would benefit my house.\r \r I have used another local company in the past to fix small things, but they never really wowed me like Roto-Rooter did. I am no expert and sometimes need this utility stuff explained slowly. Anne did just that which really made me want to give R-R my business.\r \r I received a quote just yesterday, and the work was performed today. I recently needed assistance to open the drain pipe at my home near Providence, RI. I called Roto-Rooter around 11 AM and the technician arrived within an hour! After reviewing the situation he recommended the best solution which was too expensive for me at the time. The plumber then recommended the 2nd best "fix" and we proceeded. There was NO pressure to go the more expensive route. The "fix" went without problems, the plumber was very tidy and neat and the job was successful. I am very pleased with Roto-Rooter's prompt and knowledgeable service. more

Very good experience. Service man, Chris was very knowledgable and informative. Drains were fixed quickly and he was on his way. Pricing was less than when the service was done 5 yrs ago by another company. Very hapoy with our results. more

Flush your troubles down te drain! 12/8/2011

Upon discovering my basement sink had overflowed sewerage into my laundry room, I called Roto-Rooter, Providence at the recommendation of a friend who had previous experience with the company at a large institutional emergency. Not only did Jim H. the plumber arrive within the hour, he turned a stressful, disgusting situation into one of humor and relief. Jim had the experience and all the equipment needed to access my sewer main. He was able to videoscope the pipes to quickly identify exactly what and where the problem was. \r His video survey took the guesswork out of the solution needed to correct the clog and revealed another potential problem with the main corroding through the foundation. Jim cleared the clog, cleaned up, and was genuinely interested in helping me understand the problem -all within a couple of hours. Because of Jim H.'s competence and professionalism, I will recommend Roto-Rooter to all for their great value and service. I plan to call on them to replace the main more

Drain clog at an inopportune time 11/20/2011

Had a Saturday emergecy drain clog, in the kitchen sink, four days before Thanksgiving. We were up to our ears cooking special soup and cranberry relish. Overnight guests expected, and we are doing the big dinner. more

Satisfied Preacher 9/14/2011

Today I had a problem with a back up in my cellar. I called Roto Rooter and the person was so helpful and promised to have some one at my house within the hour. The person was there on time worked from 4:00 p.m. until 10:00 pm because my drains were in such bad shape. I was amazed at how courteous and dedicated these two men were. I tried to tip them and they would not take my money. I will rave about Roto Rooter the rest of my days. Keep up the good work. more

When I first called Roto Rooter I had a big emergency on my hands, I was leaving town and my tenant called to tell me his sink over flowed flooding his kitchen! I had to be out of town in 4 hours and was pressed for time and a solution. Terry arrived with in a hour of me calling and was able to figure out the problem and he even had all the tools needed to fix the issue right with him! Saving me time and stress! Terry explained to me the issue and was able to offer what I felt was a great price to not only fix the problem but fix it in a manner that would prevent any future issues like that.
