i called providence rotor-rooter on a sat night. our kitchen sink was clogged. the clog also backed up the shower stall. our plumber told us the what the problem could be. he snake the pipes, and the clog was gone..we were very satified.......thank-you rotor rooter more

oto-Rooter plumbers in Providence via a webseach and made an appointment via the website. I was contacted 45 minutes later to confirm the apppointment and thevtechnician arrived within the hour. The problem I called about was that the kitchen sink was clogged. Technician identified that the plumbing at the kitchen sink involving the garbage disposal and the dishwasher had not been done correctly. Although the job was more complicated than I first thought, I'm confident that it is now corrected and I will not have problems in the future. more

The plumber they sent from Providence was very polite and helpful. My problem was fixed very quickly. However, I thought that the price was pretty steep since he was only there an hour. more

When I called Roto-Rooter a plumber was senr out right away. The plumber was called Mario. He explained everything that he was going to do and just how much it was going to cost. He guided me step by step on everything that he was doing. Maro was very friendly and very knowledgable. I was very pleased with his service and if I need anymore help I would gladly call for his services again. Thank You Roto-Rooter for all of you help. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 9-30 & 10-4 10/4/2010

I called this service for the first time as a home owner, with a MAJOR back-up problem....they responded within a half hour and sent a friendly, knowledgable tech named Bill, who guided me through what was going on. He followed up with Russ, a diagnostic tech who also was friendly and very helpful as to my best approach to the problem (a MAJOR sewerage line problem!!!) which required excavation of my yard and replacing the whole sewer line. Joe, the head of the crew came this morning, offering to even buy me coffee!!!! The workers were fast, courteous and thorough, cleaning up my yard and even the sidewalk when done!!!! In an unfortunate situatiion, I couldn't be more pleased with who I chose, and will use them as my ""regular"" plumbing company when needed!!! Thanks to all for your help and courtesy!!! more

Roto-rooter 10/1/2010

Called last night. There was no more denying my hot water was turning orange. They were very friendly on the phone and made an appointment for today on my schedule. I calle dthis morning panicking that late this afternoon would be too late to replace water heater as I have out of state guests coming in for the weekend. Thet moved the appt up no problem. The tech was here exactly when they said he would. Bill checked out my situation, gave me detailed information and not a pushy sales pitch. We then determined a time he could be back with a new heater. Again he was here on the dot. Got the new heater installed with no issues and I am back having clean hot water.No hassles. cost was not bad and within price quoted. I have had previous horror shows with plumbers. Bill was knowledgable enough that he could spot and point out the previous bad work that was done. He was friendly, professional, and very good at what he does. I now will call Roto-Rooter if any other plumbing issues happen. Thanks for making this easy! more

But, the follow up people never got back to us with an estimate fo r the rest of the work. more

I called the Providence location when I returned home from work on a Friday night. A friendly plumber arrived within an hour and began the drain snaking process. It was cleared after he worked for 1.5 hours. You do not appreciate your sewage drains until they back up on you. more

Called Roto-Rooter two weeks ago on a Saturday. The serviceman that arrived was prompt and very knowledgeable. He reviewed the problem with the drain pipe, fixed it and made me understand if the problem persist it could be a bad pipe. Sure enough a week later the problem was back. Again on a Saturday I had to call Roto-Rooter, the same serviceman came and fixed the problem in a timely, professional manner. I am more than satisfied and I will call him again and recommend Roto-Rooter to others. Thanks again for all your help. more

I had a reoccurring clog in my kitchen sink after heavy usage. I tried numerous things to fix the problem but nothing worked. I called Roto-Rooter and they diagnosed the problem immediately. The serviceman outlined the problem gave me an estimate and finished within the time he told me. I am more than satisfied and will definitely call them in the future. more

Very satisfied with service. 9/18/2010

Had a leaky that needed to be repaired. Rotorooter came out the next day at a time convient to me.Repaired the pipe and cleaned up the work area very nicely. Would recommend to anyone needing an emergency plumbing repair. more

Arteriosclerosis of a drain.. 9/17/2010

For the first time in 45 years that I have owned a Home I had to call a plumber here in Providence. I had a bad kitchen main drain line clog that I could not resolve. I figured it would be a job for Roto-Rooter and I was sure right.. The line (all 22' of it was clogged.) The young man Jim Dowding was very professional and tackled the job and I am very satisfied with the outcome.He also explained what to do to prevent any future problem like this..Thank you!!!! more

Plumber in Providence. Apolo and the crew (Wilson, Anne, John and Joe) helped us out of a pickle. We have kids ages 2.5 and 4months old. We can't go w/o showers, laundry or TOILETS for very long. Apolo came out on a Sunday night, identified the problem and set the wheels of solution in motion. The problem was solved in a day and we are back in business. more

We called Roto-Rooter because of a previous job completed that was leaking. The Providence plumber who reported to our home was extremely efficient in correcting the problem and helpful with another job we had him complete while he was here. The plumber whose name was John was neat about his work and very knowledgeable in his field of work. We would not hesitate to call Roto- Rooter again or recommend Roto-Rooter to a friend or neighbor.
