It wouldn't have been a holiday without an emergency in our house. Jim Hoxeng #7405 from Roto Rooter came to our house on the 4th of July during Hurricane Arthur to replace a wax seal on a toilet and a pin hole leak in a corroded pipe. If Jim hadn't come that night to fix the leak, we would have had a disaster! Thank you Jim for your patience and kindness and driving in the pouring rain to help us. Eric Woolf saved the day!!! It was this Saturday evening in Westerly, RI, and unfortunately, our main sewer line was blocked, and backing up into all our drains. Eric was timely, professional, and efficient with solving our problem. All while taking the time to patiently explain the situation to us, and interact with our 2 year old. Thank you, Eric! more

I am so glad that I called Roto-Rooter of Providence. John Altieri arrived on time and he was very friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to fix my clogged drain. He stood outside in the cold to find my house trap. He was able to fix the problem and was very helpful in advising me how to avoid this problem happening again. The dispatcher understood that my need was urgent and promised a technician would arrive asap. Contacted Roto-Rooter in about 45 minutes Apolo was here snaked the problem and we were finally clear to use water in the house it was backing up in the basement since we don't have sewers here. He was great explained the options of how it could be done. He started with the easiest approach and it worked within minutes the water was going out of the house. Would recommend highly. more

Contacted Roto-Rooter Sunday morning with a clogged main drain line. The technician was at the house within one hour. Apolo Technician No. 1853 was very efficient. He diagnosed the problem, explained my options along with anticipated costs, and had the drain unplugged in less than an hour. Excellent service. I highly recommend them! more

The online Roto-Rooter scheduling process was easy and efficient. The two technicians (one in training) who arrived were thorough and the trainer knowledgeable. They explained the nature of the repair, the cost and time involved to complete the work clearly. After the work was finished, they showed me exactly what they had done. I was glad to have a one-year warranty on the repair. more

Wilkins Henderson tech #1147 is a great worker!! He comes to satisfy the customer and complete the task that needs to be done!! Wilkins was great from the beginning to the end I had no problems with him very presentable and honest!! He really knows his stuff!! He was on time which I believe is key and very diligent and compassionate about helping the customer!! If I have any other problems I will make sure I call Roto Rooter and request for Wilkins services again!! I highly recommend him!! more

You don't get service like that all the time, but Wilkins gives that service and does very well at it!!
