Great Service 4/15/2011

Had an old cloged sink problem in the basement that hadn't been used for a couple of years. Called to make an appointment and they said they would come out when it was convient to me. The day they were to come out they had a cancelation and called to ask if I wanted them to come earlier and I said yes. John, the service man, came in to look over the problem. He discribed how he was going to corret the problem, the cost, and the amount of time it would take. In no time, he had the sink flowing once again. I thought it would be more complicated but with their equiptment and experience it was just routine for John. more

I scheduled an appointment on-line and was quickly given a day and time for a technician to come to the house. Jim H. from Providence was the tech and he was very professional and courteous. I had roots growing in my pipes and he explained everything to me and showed me exactly what was going on. He fixed the immediate problem and explained what other actions I needed to take in the future. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter as the plumber for all your problems. more

The original plumber on my job was Jim H from Providence. He arrived on time, but the snake didn?t work. He called in the ""Jet Guy"" Apollo. He was excellent. Jim actually came back to help Apollo that same night. Super teamwork. more

I called Saturday morning because the pipe was leaking. The plumber was there within one hour. There was a blockage in the main pipe. Terry the plumber and Russell fixed the problem quickly and picked up after. I would suggest them to anyuone. more

After a night of cleaning a flooded basement and apartment, I called Roto Rooter service the following morning. They came in a flash, cleaned the sewer, scoped it as well (could see the crud and roots), and returned the following morning to finish the job. WOW! clean, organized, and very high tech!!!! what a relief! My retirement fund will have to build itself up, but it is worth it. Anna C. more

Winter damage to my home this season has been dreadful and then came the broken pipe! It was a pleasant surprise to call Roto Rooter and have them show up within a few hours. The attitude and pleasant personality of Jim who came to save the day was a breath of fresh air and turned an awful experience into a not so bad. Apolo #1853 Was fantastic. He came in to snake out our main line in Pawtucket that was full of roots. Then informed me of a bunch of other issues and gave me as much info as he could to fix it (main line needs to be replaced completely) Even stating I should go down to the city to get my blue prints just so I know where everything is placed. Very helpful, nice, and neat plumber. Highly recommend! more

I called Roto Rooter on a Friday evening due to the fact that my bathroom sink would not drain. We did try everything but nothing worked. the operator on the telephone said that someone would be there in about one hour and they were. The plumber tried about three times to unclog the pipe and finally on the third time it finally would drain. I would give them an excellent rating for coming on such short notice, but the price seemed a little high. I had contacted others and the price range was much less. All in all, I am glad that we had the sink done, because we really do need it. \r Thanks, Woonsocket RI more

Roto-Rooter Excellent Plumber In Providence area 3/3/11 3/3/2011

We had weeks of slow running drains. Finally our drains stopped running. Our technician came and diagnosed the problem. Things did not go easy for him, he worked like a dog, Eddie #7109, was determined to fix the problem. He didn't even want to take a lunch break. He called in his partner to resolve the problem. They both went above and beyond our expectations! He even cleaned the floors! I would recommend them both to anyone. These guys were great -- Providence area plumbers!!!! more

At about 9:30 P.M. on Sat. Feb. 26, 2011 my sump pump failed and water was coming into my cellar. I called Jim from Roto- Rooter(he had done work for me before) and explained my problem. He arrived at 10:30 and installed a new pump. He worked until 12:30 A.M. to complete the job. Jim was extremely professional. I have always been completely satisfied with Roto-Rooter service. This time the company went above and beyond to solve my problem. I will not hesitate to call them for any future plumbing problems. more
