The plumbers worked diligently at my home in Charlotte until they were finally able to clear my sewer line. We are truly grateful for their professionalism and great work ethics.

Butch, the technician with Roto-Rooter, came out this afternoon and replaced the pressure reducing valve. He was professional and at the same time personable. The price quoted was the price charged. \r I will also note that I neglected to print out the coupon I found online. I talked to someone in billing just a minute ago, and she told me that they will send me a check for $40 after my check has cleared. I was very impressed with the customer service. I would recommend Roto-Rooter. more

My wife and I received an Aquasauna In home water filtration system, http://www.aquasana.com/product_detail.php?product_id=27, and we needed it installed. We had another service come out to quote installation. He took one look and said ""you're wasting time and money"" without batting an eye. When I asked him if he's seen one before he said NO. He didn't even give a quote for the installation. So we called Roto-Rooter. Andrew Rafalko came out and he too had never seen nor installed a system like this one but went right to work with me to read the schematics and installation recommendations. We discussed all aspects and made sure we both felt confident to move forward. He let me know labor costs and had to drive out to the local hardware store to gather all the necessary parts even before I signed the quote so that he would know parts cost. While he was out he used his vast knowledge to identify how to bypass the system in case of an emergency and reviewed that with me too. He worked Diligently and patiently. He even worked a little past the hour to be sure there were no leak, the system was secure, and working properly. I would recommend the Aquasauna system to any one who asked and Andrew to do the installation. more

Terrific, Stan (the repairman) came the day I called, fixed a drain that wouldn't drain and left the area clean and ready to use! First time I've used them and if anything happens again, I would definitely call them---even my dogs liked them! more

This is the second time I've used Roto-Rooter and each time they have not disappointed me. The latest call was for a slow flushing toilet. I tried all the suggestions on the internet and nothing worked. With family coming for the holidays, it was time to wave the white flag. From my initial call, customer service was exemplary. Within an hour, Ronnie was here. I had a clog that was not accessible with my standard equipment and Ronnie was able to clear it and saved the day. I recommend Roto-Rooter highly and will not hesitate to contact them with any other issues. more

Not quite on time, but was quick to offer a discount for being a little late. Service was excellent, #plumber was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Wonderful service from Vasiliy! My kitchen sink wouldn't drain and the disposal want working. He arrived within the hour and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. He showed me what he did and also made sure the dishwasher water drained, too. I'm clueless when it comes to plumbing so I really appreciated his patience and thorough explanation! Will recommend Roto-Rooter to my family and friends and will certainly use the company again should the need arise! Thank you!! more

We had our kitchen sink stopped up & after trying the usual do-it-yourself remedies we determined that we needed a plumbing service. We called at least six different plumbing companies on a Saturday & Roto-Rooter was the only one able to offer service that day. Stan was the plumber that came to our home & after the initial diagnosis we thought that we could possibly fix our issue. Stan gave a few tips to us (he had no obligation to do so) and then we decided we'd better have him fix our problem...we're extremely thankful we did! Stan ended up having to use a 75' 'snake' to dislodge whatever was causing our sink to back up. Apparently, this was a much longer snake than was usually required. Stan was extremely professional and courteous the entire time. You don't realize how critical your kitchen sink drain is until it's not draining properly. Needless to say we will no longer be using our garbage disposal for food waste. Thank you Stan and Roto-Rooter for saving the day! more

Dmitry did a great job solving my laundry room dilemma! I had sewer gas coming into the room every time I did laundry (gross!,) and he fixed everything that was causing the problem. Within minutes, the odor was gone completely! more

Since buying this house 6 months ago I have experienced low water pressure. I called Roto-Rooter and they sent out John Turpin and his peer Carlos. I explained the problem to them and they went right to work using professional equipment and soon located the buried pressure regulator valve. The valve was bad so i suggested they replace it..They did so in a very professional manner and marked its location for future reference. They cleaned all the work area in a cheerful manner and left me with much more water pressure, I am a happy camper now and will recommend Roto-Rooter to all my friends. more

We had a leak on the hot water line at our washing machine hook-up. We contacted Roto-Rooter and Ronnie came out and checked out our problem and gave us a great estimate. . However, after much consideration, due to the fact that our home is 40 years old, we contacted Roto-Rooter and informed them that rather than just fixing the one leak, that we would rather have the whole house re-piped. Ronnie came and took care of the entire house with minimal interruption and at a very fair price. The house is now completely overhauled as far as the water is concerned; we have much better water pressure and now worry less about having more leaks. Ronnie did a great job and was very helpful. He kept us informed about what he was doing and how long everything would take. We had a great experience with both Roto-Rooter and Ronnie. more

Had been having issues with my pressure reducing valve due in part to old age and the number of water line breaks we have been having in the community, which my community exclusively uses Roto-Rooter now for all of our plumbing needs. Hal C. showed up on time, (actually a little earlier, which was even better for me) and had the PRV inside my home out and a new one installed in less than an hour. I was extremely satisfied with his knowledge and the job he did for me. more

We had some tree roots causing a problem in our sewer this a.m. My husband called Roto Rooter and technician, Eddie G., was out within an hour. He worked so hard and told my husband every step he was doing. We were so impressed with his knowledge and hard work ethic. We will definitely call RR again! more
