The plumbers worked diligently at my home in Charlotte until they were finally able to clear my sewer line. We are truly grateful for their professionalism and great work ethics.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 6/15/11 6/17/2011

I came home from work after a 12-hour exhausting day. I was met with the news from one of our little girls that "when I turn the water on in the shower, the water in the potty is going bloop, bloop, bloop." As I tried to determine the cause of such sights and sounds, it became apparent that our drainage system was clogged. When I called Roto-Rooter, the person with whom I spoke was very courteous and immediately set us up for someone to come out to our house that night sometime before 10:30 PM. Needing to get to bed earlier, I had to cancel and reschedule for the next morning. She was very understanding. The person came the next morning while I was at work and my wife and kids were home. My wife stated that the plumber was very efficient, kind, honest about what was wrong, and how much it would cost to repair. He did the work quickly, and I came home to flushing toilets and draining showers. What a great company, especially knowing that they could have had someone out here late at nigh more

Saved My Holiday Weekend 5/27/11 5/31/2011

It was late Friday afternoon when I returned home to find that the drain line going from our kitchen sink was plugged. I did what I was supposed to do, I plunged it like a mad man until I noticed about 5 gallons of water all over the floor in my laundry room. I thought I was doing good plunging only to find out I just redirected the water somewhere else?. Now it is 5 pm and I figured I need help so I made a call to Roto-Rooter. Since it was afterhours they had to dispatch my call to a service tech and they told me someone should be calling me back in no more than 30 minutes. About 10 minutes passed and I received a call from their service tech, Paul. He arrived at my house 30 minutes later and cleared my issue. What a great thing to go from panic to relief in just over two hours?.. Thanks Roto-Rooter and thank you Paul?. Awesome experience. more

The service call was very professional and polite from start to finish. The Charlotte service center kept me informed as the time the tech would arrive at my home. Once tech# 23-3419 arrived he was courteous and clean up. He made sure I was completly staified before he left. I was neverous about the work of a plummer but he may the experience as pleasant as possible, I would rerecommend Roto-Rooter to my firends and family. \r \r Great job Roto-Tooter Team. more

I called Roto-Rooter explained my issue, was given a one hour timeframe and Ed showed up in about 20 minutes. My leak was a tricky and hidden problem - he found it, repair it and left us with specific instructions and was gone. WHAT A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!! Prompt, courteous service - did the job 5/14/2011

I requested a service call to fix a leak in our septic line. I was able to schedule the service online. Someone called to confirm the appointment within an hour. The repairman arrived on time and fixed the leak. more

I had a flood when I woke up this morning. I called a competetor and they said they would put me on standby. I waited and didn't hear from them so I decided to call Roto-Rooter because we were unable to use the bathroom facilities until we fixed the problem. more
