The plumbers worked diligently at my home in Charlotte until they were finally able to clear my sewer line. We are truly grateful for their professionalism and great work ethics.

I can't remember the last time I received such outstanding customer service as when your service technician Dwayne came to our house to fix our plumbing issue. What started out as a seemingly simple ""unclog the toilet"" call, turned into a creeping nightmare that Dwayne not only identified, but fixed for us on a Saturday afternoon!!! You've won my loyal support and I won't hesitate to call or recommend your staff in the future!! Great job keeping great employees! more

I called Roto-Rooter of Charlotte to fix some problems with my toilet. Dmitry arrived right on time, identified the issues, and provided an estimate on both cost and time. In less than one hour my toilet had been rebuilt and the problems fixed. Dmitry was both professional and polite while completing the rebuild. I'm very happy with Roto-Rooter and will call them in the future should I need any plumbing assistance. more

I called Roto-Rooter for a toilet at my business that would not stop running. They came promptly and immediately fixed the problem. Dwayne Blair, my technician, did an excellent job completely replacing the inner workings of the toilet, and viola, no more constantly running toilet. I can't wait for next months much improved water bill! I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone who has plumbing needs! more

I have used Roto-Rooter on a couple different occastions and they are always on time, extremely courteous and take the time to explain the problem and what needs to be done to correct it. I trust them completely. My most recent call was yesterday and I had a pressure valve that three other plumbers had looked at and said I needed to replace the whole valve. Roto-Rooter came out, looked at it and tried a couple things to loosen the valve so it could turn and adjust my pressure. It worked beautifully. He then checked my pressure and we checked to make sure my sprinkler system that I have not been able to use for almost a year was working perfectly and the house pressure was nowhere close to too high. Roto-Rooter did it again and I will definitely call them the next time too! more

You can ALWAYS call Roto Rooter of Charlotte. I've done so for both minor & emergency plumbing jobs and they're consistently quick, professional, friendly, and resonably priced. I'm a single mom, not too handy around the house, and thus easily ripped off by service people, but my pals at Roto-Rooter are always forthright, fair, and respectful. The techs are even patient with me when I ask a million questions and try to learn about plumbing systems as they work. more

Ronnie came out on Monday and dug a hole 5 foot deep to find that my main line had been cracked since the day I bought the house. (over 6 years) He explained that it was most likely due to backfilling by the contractor when they did the originally construction. His knowledge of causes and effects of my issues were spot on and he was able to finish the job today since it was raining yesterday. I must say that in the end, I'm very happy with my services through Roto-Rooter and I hope I'll never have to call you again, but if I do...you're the first call. more

I had Roto-Rooter service on 2/19/13 at my house to unclog my kitchen sink. The service technician, Eddie Garcia, did the job in an orderly and professional manner. He assured me that the sink drain would be unclogged. Prior to Roto-Rooter, I had another plumbing company try unsuccessfully to do the work. Only to have them tell me, the work needed would be more extensive and costly. Bottom line-Eddie successfully unclogged my sink, saved me a lot of money, and lots of residual cleanup work. I am a professional engineer (retired). I am very familiar with plumbing (hydraulics and chemistry). Eddie explained the process he was using. I knew immediately that he was competent, experienced, and knowledgeable. \r Eddie Garcia is definitely an asset to your organization! \r Yes-I will call Roto-Rooter again and have shared my experience with all my friends. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers -- I had an ongoing issue with a backup in my plumbing, causing my washer to leak. I called Roto Rooter at 1pm on Sunday, and within 1 hour, Rhett Reynolds (the best plumber in Charlotte) showed up at my house. As he was troubleshooting, he found a GAS LEAK with my water heater. Not only was there a gas leak, but I had stored my lawn mower in the same storage closet. Rhett quickly leapt into action, fixed the gas leak, and of course fixed the pumbing issue. I am so thankful to Rhett - he kept me from having a MUCH larger problem. I was extremely impressed with Rhett's customer service, he went above and beyond, and put me at ease! Because of Rhett, I will be a Roto-Rooter customer for life! THANKS!!! more

Rhett was very professional with the installation of our toilet and sink faucet. He had everything on his truck that he needed and he had some good advice for us about the faucet. I was having problems with my hot water heater and I called around to a few companies. I decided to go with Roto-Rooter because it was a well known company. They definitely did not disappoint. Gavin, my plumber, was very professional and took the time to answer all of my questions. He has 39 years of experience and took the time to explain what and why he was completing task. If I have any problems in the future I will definitely use this company and ask for Gavin. more

I had to have my relief valve changed on my water heater. My Roto-Rooter man Gavin was on time, courteous, and very efficient. I had my hot water back in no time. I will definately use them again should the need arise. Great service! more

10/24/12 - Had a hard clog in the master bathroom. Double sinks with no cleanout. I tried everything: plunger, drano, etc. for 5 days. All I could get was empty sinks after roughly 20 minutes after filling them up with hot water, but the clog still reamined. Called Roto-Rooter this morning and they arrived about an hour later. Victor fixed the problem in an hour or so without having to go through the drywall. That was a huge plus. \r I tried another plumber last Thurs. but he was unable to really help much. If I have any other plumbing related problems I'll call Roto-Rooter first from now on. Fantastic job, not cheap, but the job got done right the first time. That's what counts. more
