Review content:
We had our kitchen sink stopped up & after trying the usual do-it-yourself remedies we determined that we needed a plumbing service. We called at least six different plumbing companies on a Saturday & Roto-Rooter was the only one able to offer service that day. Stan was the plumber that came to our home & after the initial diagnosis we thought that we could possibly fix our issue. Stan gave a few tips to us (he had no obligation to do so) and then we decided we'd better have him fix our problem...we're extremely thankful we did! Stan ended up having to use a 75' 'snake' to dislodge whatever was causing our sink to back up. Apparently, this was a much longer snake than was usually required. Stan was extremely professional and courteous the entire time. You don't realize how critical your kitchen sink drain is until it's not draining properly. Needless to say we will no longer be using our garbage disposal for food waste. Thank you Stan and Roto-Rooter for saving the day!
