The plumbers worked diligently at my home in Charlotte until they were finally able to clear my sewer line. We are truly grateful for their professionalism and great work ethics.

They were able to fix our problem, so thank you. However, they were late and then called to see if we could reschedule. Then the next morning when they came they charged us $285.0...

At first I was hesitant to call Roto-Rooter, I was scared the price would be outragous,. However I was wrong! the tech that came out Greg was great. I thought my daughter had surely ruined the toliet! He took out his ""snake"" and un clogged my toliet in less the 15 mins. If you need a plumber in the charlotte area call these guys! and they came right away too, big plus! more

I have used rotor-rooter in the past and have always been impressed with their professionalism and amount of knowledge. Greg Holloway service tech #1228 who came today Sept 1,2011 at 2:00 pm was able to unclog my toilet quickly and at a price that was reasonable. sincere thanks ThomasZarella more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers DOS: 8/19/2011 8/19/2011

I called the Roto-Rooter Plumbers on Orr Industrial Ct. in Charlotte, NC at 1pm on Friday 8/19/11 because of clogged showers and sinks. The water would hardly drain at all. The two plumbers were here by 2:00 that same day. They were both very nice, explained what they needed to do and the cost of everything before they started. Because they were doing more than one drain, they gave me a discount on all the other drains. They got it all done and cleaned up everything within an hour. Wow, I never thought it could be done so fast and easy. Thank you Roto-Rooter for the service we rarely get anymore. Peggy Zogzas more

Good work 8/15/2011

Answered phone promptly and set a time when the plumber would arrive. They called me to update me when it appeared he would be a bit late, and then let me know just when he would arrive, which was not much delayed at all. Very well handled. The plumber, Victor, was courteous and solved our problem. Repair to one toilet cost $383, which seems like a lot, but don't get this done very often, so not sure - just putting it out there for comparison. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers August 10, 2011 8/11/2011

I had just finished cooking one of the biggest meals of the week at our house - pork tenderloin, butter beans, sweet potato casserole and apple pie. Unfortunately, I wasn't thinking when I put the apple and sweet potato peelings through the disposal. What a mess...I backed up both sinks in the kitchen, one in the laundry room, and the drain to the washing machine!! My husband and I tried all the home remedies to no avail...baking soda, vinegar, the plunger and even the hose from outside!! We made an even bigger mess!! Wish I had called Roto-Rooter from the start! Two gentlemen arrived on time at 8 the next morning and had everything fixed and back to normal within minutes. They were both courteous and even gave me advice on how to help prevent another problem with my drains in the future. I'd definitely call them again....but hope I don't have to! more

I needed a plumber for an outside clogged pipe in Charlotte. I called Roto -Rooter and was very pleased to hear that they could come the same day to fix the problem. The technician- Carlos- was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I would use Roto -Rooter again and suggest them to my friends. Thank you. more

sink stoppage in bathroom 8/3/2011

Our problem turned out to be much more complicated than first thought. Mike, Hal, and Dimitry were on the scene at different times and didn't give up until finished! In the future, we would not call anyone else for a plumbing problem. All three gentlemen were very professional! more

no more hot water issues 7/25/2011

We needed a plumber in Charlotte. We have been taking cold showers all weekend. Called Roto-Rooter this morning and Hal came and fixed all our hot water issues by afternoon. \r The service was quick and professional! Hal was a nice as can be!! I highly recommed Roto-Rooter for any hot water heater issues you may have. more

With the temp rising to 100 degrees this month, you wouldn't think hot water would be desired. It was for us! Cold showers are never fun! Roto-rooter had our problems fixed within the same day. more

An excellent service - prompt and swift - within a couple of hours of calling the problem was fixed. The technician was an excellent plumber, courteous, efficient and dealt with the problem immediately. Even the switchboard operator in Charlotte asked many questions so that she could get the right person for the job to the house as quickly as possible saving precious time. more

Serviceman arrived early, which is always appreciated when trying get repairs done. Was a friendly man who got the job done quickly. Little expensive to just reset the garbabge disposel and unclog it. 10 minute job cost $161. Overall, very dependable service because both times I've used them they have gotten the job done. more

I was very impressed by the plumber who visited my home in Charlotte. He was friendly and quite knowledgeable. He arrived on-time (on very short notice) and completed the job quickly. My only complaint is the price of the service. All I needed was for Roto-Rooter to run a jet cutter through an old drainage pipe in my yard to determine if it still worked. This service, which only took 15-20 minutes, cost $350. Though expensive, the service did succeed in helping me figure out if and where the drainage pipe required repair. more

There service was great. They called ahead to see if we wanted them to arrive earlier than I had planned, I said yes and they sent a guy on the way at that moment! They fixed our problem easily, and we had no problems with the service what so ever. I was very pleased!! more

Prompt, Professional Service 6/25/2011

I was so pleased to have such prompt service from Roto-Rooter! I called at 7:30am Saturday and had a technician, Gary, by 9:30am. Gary was very personable and professional. We had an electrical short in the hot water heater that burned up both thermostats and the heating element. We were so worried we may need to replace the hot water heater after this problem. Gary, however, eased our minds immediately by telling us he could fix our problem with relative ease. He was upfront with the cost before any work was started and made sure he stayed around until the work was completed properly. Having such a serious problem early on a weekend day is always a hassle but Gary made that hassle as easy to handle as possible. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone in desperate need of hot water! more
