This is the second time I've used Roto-Rooter and each time they have not disappointed me. The latest call was for a slow flushing toilet. I tried all the suggestions on the internet and nothing worked. With family coming for the holidays, it was time to wave the white flag. From my initial call, customer service was exemplary. Within an hour, Ronnie was here. I had a clog that was not accessible with my standard equipment and Ronnie was able to clear it and saved the day. I recommend Roto-Rooter highly and will not hesitate to contact them with any other issues.
