The plumbers worked diligently at my home in Charlotte until they were finally able to clear my sewer line. We are truly grateful for their professionalism and great work ethics.

They were able to fix our problem, so thank you. However, they were late and then called to see if we could reschedule. Then the next morning when they came they charged us $285.0...

Gary Rose, the plumber, came quickly out to our house in Charlotte after being contacted. My husband and I were updating our master bath and need the pipes reworked. He did an excellent job! He was very quick and precise. After Gary left, my husband had our master bath back together in no time- thanks to the plumbers efficient work. I cant thank Gary enough. We will always use Roto-Rooter for our plumbing needs. more

After having a beautiful new countertop installed in my kitchen, I needed a plumber to install the new faucet and reconnect the dishwasher and disposal. I didn't know who to call in Charlotte, so I did some research online and decided on Roto-Rooter, based on the great customer reviews and name recognition. I was anxious to get my kitchen operational again and it was easy to set up an appointment that was convenient for me. Edward showed up on time, reviewed the work to be done and quoted me a price. I thought the price was fair, especially since I was able to use a coupon I found online. He went right to work and had the job completed within an hour or so. He even took the old sink and faucet away for me (thank goodness because I couldn't lift it). I'm a happy camper and will not hesitate to call Roto-Rooter the next time I need a plumber. more

Great service and response time! 4/21/2011

Roto-Rooter is our first choice for plumbing services! We had a leaky shower head, and when I called they sent someone right out to our house, within 1/2 hour of my call. Technicians were courteous and friendly. They respected my time, and made sure I understood the cost of the service BEFORE it was done. I highly reccommend Roto-Rooter, and expect to ""get what you pay for."" more

Excellent Service 4/18/2011

Experienced a sewer backup problem Sunday evening and called Roto-rooter's main number. A lady advised someone would call back in 15 minutes. Paul, in fact, called back in less than 15 minutes and was at my house, having treveled from Kannapolis, N.C. to Mooresville, N.C., in less than an hour. The problem was quickly diagnosed and fixed in less than an hour. The service was great, however the weekend service charge, $125.00, and minimal work resulted in an excessively high $404.00 repair bill. Considering the alternatives, it was worth it, though. Paul was courteous and did a good job. If you want it done quick and done right, call Roto-Rooter. more

I called Roto-Rooter of Charlotte and they were able to get me an appointment within an hour!!! I had called another plumber beforehand and they were not able to come until Monday....and today was Friday!! They were quick and professional! more

Great Service 3/24/2011

I called Roto-rooter & was surprised by the free estimate offer. We set up a time to have the plumber come out (a 2 hour window instead of 4), they even called to see if I wanted someone to come out earlier. Ed was professional, friendly, and thorough. A great experience. more

The plumber from Roto Rooter, Charlotte, did a wonderful job. He showed up at my house on a Sunday around 3pm. He worked hard and did exactly what we expected in a reasonable amount of time. \r \r It was a Sunday..so we were grateful that we could even get someone to come out. Our well pump was broken, and he replaced to broken parts. more

My husband was trying to unclog a kitchen drain. After several hours he decided help was needed. After calling Roto-Rooter, techinican Kevin responed. He fixed the problem efficiently and with a minimum clean up mess. Needless to say, my husband and I were very thankful on both counts. more

My kitchen sink was stopped up and i called because not realizing i had used the company before but the gentelman on the phone who was very polite right away reminded me that we had. Roto-Rooter Plumbers 03-05-2011 3/11/2011

I noticed after a shower that my drian was not working,I was standing In about three Inches of water. When I got out I noticed my toilet would not flush. I called Rotor Rooter and they were there the next morning,they did offer to come by that night. Slavik was the plumber and was a total professonal. He went over all options with me and gave me a reasonable price on the work that needed to be done. Everything Is working as It should. I highly recommend Rooter-Rooter. Pauline V, Charlotte NC more

While taking a shower last fryday night I noticed the drain was not working,I was standing In about three Inches of water. When I got out I noticed the bathtub was also full of water,about two Inches. I tried to flush the toilet and It overflowed,I paniced. I grabed the yellow pages and started searching for pluming services. When I saw Rooter - Rooter I decided to call them. I knew they had been around for years and had a great reputation. The nice lady on the phone said she could have someone out to my house In two hours,wow what great service. I told her that it was getting late but would love to have someone out In the morning. Rooter-Rooter was at my house 8am saturday morning as promised. The plumer, Slavik, was a gentleman,he decribed the problem In detail and what the cost would be. There were no hidden charges and everything Is working like It should. He was wearing shoe covers and was very careful not to get anything dirty,and he didnt. I highly recomend Rooter-Rooter,there professionals and there prices are reasonable for the work that they do. They really do flush your troubles down the drain,lol :) Pauline more

Not only did he arrive on time (which was a big deal because we had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday morning!), but he also did very high quality work! He was helpful in answering questions we had both regarding the work he intended to do and water damage (which wasn't even his job, but he took the time to address our concerns). more
