The plumbers worked diligently at my home in Charlotte until they were finally able to clear my sewer line. We are truly grateful for their professionalism and great work ethics.

They were able to fix our problem, so thank you. However, they were late and then called to see if we could reschedule. Then the next morning when they came they charged us $285.0...

Very professional and knowledgeable plumbers in the city of Charlotte. They explained every step to me and included me in the decision making process, which made me feel very comfortable. They were very thorough, snaking the pipe, then scoping it and snaking it again. Will definitely use them in the future. more

I must say that I am very impressed with Roto-Rooter. I really was very upset when I found a leak in my upstairs bathroom that went downstairs to the dining room. Hal, came out to our home and was just so kind and understanding that I was nervous about the situation at hand. Hal was very professional and just did a fabulous job. He went above and beyond what I totally expected. The job was completed in a timely manner and when Hal went to make one final check upstairs he offered to carry my laundry basket full of wet towels for me. I will keep Roto-Rooter on my list for any plumbing problems in the future. more

I am so happy with the service that we received from Roto-Rooter. Hal the plumber was just wonderful and I will not hesitate to use the services again. We had a terrible leak that was scary to deal with without my husband home to help and Hal was just great and even helped carry all of my heavy, wet towels downstairs. Thanks Hal!!! more

I am very happy with the service provided by Roto-Rooter. John, the plumber, was very knowledgeable and professional. He will also work any problem that arises and come up with a solution. John installed a new toilet, vanity, three new faucets and solved my draining problem in the laundry room. Also, John and Lal, his apprentice, were careful not to make a mess and cleaned up all of the boxes and old faucets so that I would not need to deal with them. I would recommend John very highly. more

Birthday disaster 8/12/2012

I can not say enough about the service I received from Hal at Roto-Rooter. It was my sons birthday and my toilet overflowed and I called my regular plumber who was busy. I then called Roto-Rooter who was out to my house in approx 90 minutes. At one point my bathroom and hallway had about an inch of sewer water in them. After finding two cleanouts in my yard, Hal determined the line was being blocked by roots. He not only spoke with the city about it, but got them to do work when they arrived after many excuses about how they couldn't. He cleaned out every drain, fixed a broken sink stopper and still was very aware of my sons birthday party and did an excellent job of staying out of the way. He apologized several times about disrupting the party. My son and his guests hardly knew Hal was there. My old plumber is history. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers Service Date: July 22, 2012 7/24/2012

Our first experience with Roto-Rooter Charlotte was very satisfying. We made an appointment for between 12 PM and 4 PM on a Sunday afternoon. The customer service center called 30 minutes prior to the plumber showing up and he was at our house by 2:00. He was very courteous and professional and located the problem within 20 minutes.It was a clog in the PVC piping and after a brief discussion about our options, the technician had it all cleared and repaired very quickly. We are very satisfied and confident that the problem is resolved and they even offer a six month guarantee on the work that they did. more

I had a leak in the ceiling of my 5/27/2012

I had a leak in the ceiling of my family room. It was coming from the master shower. The previous plumber apparently did not use the proper fittings connecting pex to CPVC. I was reluctant to call a plumber on a weekend not to mention on Memorial Day Weekend, in Charlotte, NC, Since they said there was no extra weekend fee, or service call fee I thought I would give them a try. I called on Sunday May 27, 2012 and within an hour they sent out John, a former US Navy veteran. He fixed my leaky pipe in a few minutes and pointed out the conection on the cold water line that was likely to be a problem in the near future, he fixed it too. I thought the $ amount to fix the problem was very reasonable, I normally do a lot of fix-it projects myself but this job would have required tools that I do not own and I was not willing to see if my attempt would be leak proof. Now I have peace of mind knowing the job was completed professionally. I would call them again without hesitation. more

First time to call Roto-Rooter. Technician came within an hour. He analyzed the problem and fixed it with no fuss or mess. One of the most polite plumbers I've ever encountered. For having to come to Gastonia from Charlotte, he acted like I was the only customer of the day. more

I was very happy with my plumber in Charlotte that replaced my water heater. They had my address wrong but were still able to make it within the scheduled time. It would have been helpful for me to understand why a 3 hour job cost me $1,400. But I am pleased with the fact that it was fixed so quickly and that I was able to get a free estimate and no trip charge. more

Another plumber couldn't solve my problem. I called Roto-Rooter in Charlotte and they sent Dwayne in about an hour. The girl that answered the phone was very friendly, cheerful and helpful. Then I got a call to let me know the plumber was on his way. Dwayne diagnosed the problem very quickly and gave an exact estimate. Dwayne was very knowledgable and told me the cause for the problem and tips on how to avoid in the future. He quickly resolved the problem and cleaned the area better than he found it! He knew just what equipment he would need and had it with him - which the other plumber did not. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 4-14-12 4/14/2012

And I thought Friday the 13th was going to be bad....!! There is nothing that feels as good as having a plumbing problem fixed. Mine was troubling as the gurgling toilets attested. The plumber came out and troubleshooted with a camera (yuuuccchh) and then the rooter, and found an obstruction which he cleared. The technology of equipment is truly amazing. This Charlotte team was in and out fairly quickly and I was totally satisfied. more
