When I needed help to replace and install my new kitchen faucet, Roto-Rooter was the first to respond. They provided a free estimate which was key and same day service. When the technician arrived, he was prepared to enter my home listen to my request, look at the job and then offered a fair estimate as a repeat customer. I would highly recommend this company and the professional technician Robert 1202 to resolve your plumbing needs. more

This company was very responsive and timely. Junior responded to our call and was veey professional, knowledgeable and clearly explained the issue. He resolved it timely. Junior is an excellent technician. They were at my home within one hour of the initial call. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 12/15/2015 12/16/2015

Water heater broke during the evening. Only 6 years old. Water was leaking out the bottom and into the carpet. Roto-rooter send a plumber named Junior out to the house within the hour. I called Roto-Rooter last night and set up an appointment for Friday morning.Loved the excellent service render by Mr. Robert. He arrived on time. My water heater caught fire yesterday. I was concerned that I would not be able to get a new one installed immediately; however, Robert (1202) responded within three hours, not only inspected the space, and the heater but checked out the wiring to be sure it was safe to install a new heater.\r \r Robert said he'd be back the next day at 9 am with a new water heater and that it would take about three hours. He was on time, it took three hours and he made sure I had hot water before he left. AND it cost a little less than the estimate. I am very pleased with the service at Roto-Rooter. more

My second tech Steve Balogac was also very friendly, polite and professional and informative also -he was very willing to explain things I didn't understand.I feel Roto-Rooter is lucky to have 2 such caring professionals working for them and I highly appreciate all they did for me. Had a gas water heater installed on 12/27/14 which required 2 technicians, John and Herbert. They did a tremendous job and answered all my questions. They also installed a new ball valve and changed the gas line to a flexible hose. The job took a little longer than they expected but by 6:30pm we had hot water. Dwayne Owens the general manager called a few days later to check on the service and I told him that I was pleased with the results. I would recommend Roto-Rooter of Raleigh to anyone that has plumbing needs. more

We had what turned out to be a major problem with our sewer lines. Roto Rooter came out and cleared the blockage which was caused by roots growing through the line. The problem came back in a day or so so they sent a tech with a camera to see what the problem was. Unfortunately we needed to get some of the pipes replaced which involved diging up and re routing (sorry about the pun) the sewer line. Robert the plumber was very professional and did a great job. I would definitely recommend roto router for any job big or small. more

We had a serious problem of water not draining which unfortunately turned out to be roots in the pipe. Tim came out and was extremely professional and courteous. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. He did a thorough job and did not rush even though it was later in the evening. I would highly recommend them and use Roto-Rooter again!! more

David Hugee #839 did a great job! He installed a new kitchen sink faucet today 4-23-14. He did perfect, beautiful work. I am very happy with the results of his fine work. He is the most skillful plumber that has ever worked in my home. He is also very polite, intelligent, personable, hard working and pleasant. Thank-you roto rooter for sending such a fine plumber. I will be calling roto rooter for all our future plumbing problems. more

Plumber was next door a while back, accessed my faucet (the neck had frozen), and told me to contact Delta for a replacement. I got a replacement (yeah for warranty and the advice saving me $$), so I called for the same technician, Corey, today after 4:30 and by 6:15 my faucet was pivoting:). I'm a happy customer!!! more

This is an unsolicited review for Roto Rooter in Raleigh and the plumber/diagnostician Damian J (DJ) Frank. He arrived on time, in good cheer, and diagnosed what could have been a very, very expensive ""inside the wall"" water leak. His ability to figure out the problem was first rate logic and the repair itself turned out to be unexpectedly low!! Well done and I've posted his name and number to our 540 member HOA. more

Gary Wilkins snowed up after hours and my very pregnant wife had a showdown with him while expectations were not set prior to his arrival. After I arrived home, I found that he went well above and beyond his call of duty and left us in a state of ""wow."" We are happy to refer Roto Rooter to anyone who might have roots destroying their outside drain pipe! more

These guys are so easy to work with. Appointments are a snap and the plumbers are kind, polite, and knowledgeable. I knew what it would cost up front and since my plumbing emergencies always happen after hours I know I can always count on them. It is worth paying a little more to know the problem will be fixed quickly and I can have confidence in the work done. Thanks for the great job! more
