My water heater caught fire yesterday. I was concerned that I would not be able to get a new one installed immediately; however, Robert (1202) responded within three hours, not only inspected the space, and the heater but checked out the wiring to be sure it was safe to install a new heater.\r

Robert said he'd be back the next day at 9 am with a new water heater and that it would take about three hours. He was on time, it took three hours and he made sure I had hot water before he left. AND it cost a little less than the estimate. I am very pleased with the service at Roto-Rooter.
