I had a great experience with pool town from start to finish. First we met with Billy who helped us pick out our pool. He designed the layout that was perfect for our property. Every phase of the construction process was clearly outlined as to what to expect. We ran into many issues with getting my inspections done in a timely matter with my township(not the fault of pool town) and Maria was on top of the issue. She went above and beyond to speed things up. Every person from excavator to electrician was very professional. Our pool turned out amazing!! more

We are very happy that Pool Town handled the whole construction process smoothly and efficiently and we were always well informed what would come next. Of course, it's a major construction, and we didn't expect our pool to be built in a few weeks. We really liked Ron's down-to-earth approach and the fact that he didn't try to sell us anything that we didn't need. Shanna went above and beyond to help us pick the right liner and Maria was always readily available (we loved the punch list!) when we had questions.The handled everything professionally. Thank you Pool Town for helping us build our backyard resort! Our salesman Carl was never pushy and answered all of our questions and concerns before we even signed on to make it happen. From Brittany to Maria to their Excel pool service, their staff is trained and knowledgeable for each step of the way and always available a phone call away. We had small bumps in the road because our backyard is narrow however all issues were taken care of quickly and professionally. Like with any big home project, it takes time and patience but Pool Town ensures the whole process runs smoothly and efficiently. We would highly recommend to anyone considering building a pool! more

Having our dream pool installed by Pool Town was the BEST CHOICE we could have ever imagined.  Not only does this company give you all the information necessary to understand the process, but they also keep in touch with you throughout every step of the project either by email or a simple phone call.  We knew it would take time to get the job done, but with a bit of patience and understanding, we worked together with them to create our backyard dream.  We couldn't be happier with the professionalism and courteousness we experienced.   We are living our dream and swimming in it every day now.  I would definitely recommend this company if you want to swim your dream. more

Back in Feb. I put a comment about Pool Towns customer service. Two days after I wrote the comment I received a call from Lisa the manager. I explained what the problem was and that for 9 years I have been calling and trying to get someone to look at the cement job that was done by their contractor. I have had problems since the pool was done with the cement breaking off into my pool and the cement sinking and running at my house. I did have extra cement work done by the contractor. When he first gave me a price for the job it was very expensive. I did get other contractors give me estimates. When I told him how much I could get it done for he said to me and I quote " oh you want the ford escort I was doing the Cadillac" my question what should be the difference. I am paying a lot of money for this pool It should all be done like a Cadillac. Now that Im having problems I just keep getting the run around. Back when Lisa called me she begged me to take the comment down and she would take care of everything. I agreed and took the comment down,My mistake. It is now The 24th of June and still have not seen anyone come out to even look. I have called numerous times and either get a recording to leave a message or they would call me back the next week LIARS. When I did talk to the cement contractor the first thing he said is well your out of warranty but Ill come out next week and tell you what to do. The problems I have did not start up over night. The problems happened over time because of the poor workmanship that was done. Sorry it took me an engineer and two more contractors to tell me the same thing that it was all put in wrong and has to be ripped out. Im sorry after putting out 40K for the pool I don't have another 10K to fix the cement and electrical work that the cement is pulling out of the ground. Believe me I have 10 grandkids if anyone gets electrocuted I will own this company. I could go on and on about this POOR Quality of work. Its something you don't know until down the road now they say its to late . more

Update of my review from 5/23: Just as we thought the management of this project couldn’t get any worst! It can! After 3 weeks left with a wrecked yard because of their delays and subpar service (and weather has nothing to do with it) We were told we need dirt to finish the backfill that was scheduled today. Its not just some dirt, its a few truck loads. They should’ve figured this out prior to the work schedule so we have had the dirt ready on site.Total amateurs! Let me also mention, liner installation was almost cancelled because I refused to take down my review last week. The nerve to try to blackmail us! I said I will update if they put together their acts. They will take your money and wouldn’t care any less of your business once you’re stuck in a contract. Don’t be the next victim! 5/23 DO NOT INVEST your hard earned money with Pool Town. You will have constant frustration with the poor planning and coordination of the handling of your business by the project manager Maria. Regardless of repeated instances and escalation to Alex the general manager and Leesa the customer care manager, nothing will be done and addressed and instead will continuously refuse accountability for the delays and blame it on their sub contractors and to your lack of patience to accept lousy excuses. Disregard as well the sales pitch of 35 days guarantee as we have repeatedly ask when the counting begins and they won’t give you a day because again they refuse of any accountability. Every time we want to go back to the sales rep Ron, we will just get a text Im driving call the office. I have all supporting communication to this review, too much to share in detail. My hope is to help other customers avoid the same experience. Don’t get stuck with a wrecked yard like us. Take your business some place else. more

Absolutely horrible company to deal with. Poor workmanship. We had to drain our pool multiple times due to problems with their work it’s on us to refill it and add all the chems. Anytime it is brought up they refer to the contract you sign. Their subcontractors are mediocre at best. There is no communication between pool town and the customer or pool town and their own subcontractors. During our renovation I had to take weeks worth of vacation to oversee the construction process because nobody from pool town ever shows up. Not ever! You call them and get the runaround and things just get delayed because they schedule too many jobs at once. It was weeks between each part of our Reno. It started in early June and ended days before Labor Day. When they were done my concrete driveway was cracked to which I was told there is nothing they can do and r not responsible because it’s in the contract and my pool was covered with debris along with concrete and debris in the pool. I had to install handrails and figure out a salt system on my own as well as clean the pool. Very unprofessional company to say the least more
