PoolTownNJ is a great company. I had a wonderful experience during my project. The employees/contractors were always professional and prompt. The admin staff always kept in contact and communicated when new phases of the project would start or if there were any changes within the schedule. The contract was clear and explains everything from start to finish. I couldn’t be happier with PoolTownNJ’s service. Even after the pool build was complete, they followed up to ensure everything was going well and there were no issues. I feel confident I will be happy with my pool for many years to come. We had our pool installed by Pool Town in 2015 and had a great experience. The installation went without issues, despite having a very tight backyard to work in. After my sand filter sprung a leak they replaced it promptly. Billy A., Leesa, as well as the folks from Excel (Paul, Brian, Crystal) do a great job. Over a year ago we started the process with Pool Town where we met with Carl and he answered all our questions accurately. We did our research before starting this process and we knew what we wanted, Pool Town was the ONLY company, out of the six we previously visited, to offer items like a deep end seating area, sun deck, salt system, waterfall, lighting, coping, and stamped concrete as standard items with their pools. It made our choice so much easier when all these things were what we were looking for were included and were not extras. Brianna took care of our permit process and we were approved for construction by the town in the quickest time. I didn’t have to deal with the town for 85% of the process which was what I wanted. Sandi, Gina, and Mollie got the ball rolling and kept us informed about all aspects of our construction process. Questions through the app were answered within a day and their responses were prompt. Lisa and Leesa were all just as helpful. The concrete Mason Jo santo and the waterfall contractor Lee Santo, were both great guys with hard workers. They did a great job finishing off the pool and making it look great. Anyone starting this process needs to be patient and know it will take the summer to complete and your yard is going to be turned upside down during that time. Do not assume something is included as part of the process. Make sure you ask before hand and fully understand what will happen. This eliminates surprises and removes the possibility for disappointment later when you don’t get what you want. They will all tell you anything you want to know. Read your contract before signing! Don’t be lazy. My family is pleased with the entire process and would recommend Pool Town to anyone looking for a pool. My pool is only 4 months old but nothing appears shoddy or rigged. I see no reason why it won’t last us a lifetime with the proper care. Thank you Pool Town more

Our experience with Pool Town was nothing short of phenomenal from the time we sat down with our salesman Billy, to Gina and Leesa who helped us during the construction process, to our final stage of completion with Patrick and Brian. We selected pool town because we heard all good things about the company and they absolutely lived up the their reputation. Not only is their work top notch, the work was done with respect to our property, started earlier than expected and was completed within the timeframe given. We are completely satisfied with all of Pool Town’s work and the end product is absolutely spectacular. Our family and friends that visit our pool say it looks like a resort and we agree!!! more

While it was a long and sometimes stressful process, Pool Town ultimately installed a beautiful well-built pool. The Pool Town employees Carl Chimenti from Sales, Victor the Pool installer, and Gina Aquino from Phase 2 Construction Coordinator were all truly amazing. The two guys from Excel who opened and closed my pool were also very helpful. All of these people really took their time to answer all of my questions and concerns. more

I have to say that everyone at Pool Town was professional. The people in each phase of the project answered all of my questions and handled all of my concerns. Starting with Laura Massano who handled my change orders and Gina Aquino who was patient with me and explained every step of phase 2 construction Victor and his crew were extremely knowledgeable and thorough building the pool. Lisa Dige reached out to me to explain post construction steps and setting up orientation. Eric who came to give me an orientation was also very knowledgeable easily explaining how to set up the bluetooth filter app. and how to operate the filter along with all the parts and how they work. Leesa DeSimone also reached out to me explaining more of what is entailed in phase 3 such as the deep cleaning I will receive after the masons pour the concrete patio around the pool. So far I am extremely pleased with the pool construction and how I was treated by everyone at Pool Town. more

We had a great experience with PoolTown right from our first meeting. We walked through what we were looking to do and planned it out. From Billy at the start to Matt who just did our final cleaning, everyone was great and got us into our pool quickly without headache :-) We will recommend you guys to all our friends who are looking at putting a pool in. more

Our pool is beautiful, and we couldn't be happier with the final product. Carl, always the consummate professional, stayed with us throughout and was able to answer questions for us and help things move along from start to finish. Anestis built us the pool of out dreams in record time, and Patrick and Kevin returned several times to ensure that the ever present red dirt in our area was properly removed and our beautiful white liner looked perfect. Some hiccups in communication were addressed by Leesa at the end of stage 3, and i am confident that we will continue using Pool Town to maintain our backyard oasis for years to come. more

The installation was quicker than what we anticipated. The electricians where extremely helpful, they took their time showing us how to use the pool features and the phone app. We only had an issue with the waterfall guy who was extremely difficult to contact for scheduling. Whenever we had any issues, they were taken care of fairly quickly by management. Our pool looks gorgeous and better than what we had expected. We love it! more

If I could put negative stars, warn every potential customer or put up flyers I would. Consumers need to be aware of who they are dealing with. The experience with pool town from start to finish was absolutely horrific. I have never worked with, communicated with or experienced such disorganized and unprofessional individuals. Our permits were approved and completed June 2021 and our pool was completed finally by June 2022 an ENTIRE year later (which was blamed on covid even though their contract says they refund $ for every week delayed after permitting). We basically paid 45k for a vinyl liner and hole in the yard. All the other labor and costs were on us. We do live on a hill and hit rock and they immediately charged us an additional 10k without a manager on site to even explain. The 10k didn’t even cover removal of the rock, which they added until we brought in our own machine which finished the job in 1 ½ days. Their staff rarely answers the phone unless its to receive a payment and the general manager only came to our site 2 times during the entire year span since the project started, always with an attitude and never replying to our calls, instead sending nasty and unprofessional text messages. Every phone call was ignored or rudely answered. We agreed to pay the additional fee due to the rock and soil considerations for our location however they continued to nickel and dime throughout the remainder of the project. Trash was left on the property for over 6 months and I made several attempts to ask them to clean it up. In the end we had to remove the debris ourselves, yet every time they came they had time to put up a pool town sign on our property. Trying to get them to install the final railing and show us how to even set up and use the pool was also painful. Note to anyone who is looking for a good pool company, this isn’t it! more

Pool Town was great to work with. Our pool was scheduled to start in Spring 2023 and they started in Aug 2022 which was ahead of schedule. When they said they would arrive they always did and got everything done in that day. We never had any issues and the Pool Town staff always responded back to me right away if I had any questions and were wonderful. We could not be happier with our decision to have Pool Town do our pool and our pool came out beautiful! more

I was careful researching pool companies since it was such a large investment. I now am pleased I made the right decision contracting Pool Town. End to end the process was smooth. Each and every person I encountered was friendly and always available to answer questions. more

The installation was quicker then what we anticipated. The electricians where extremely helpful. We had a few issues with the waterfall vendor since it took him forever to answer phone calls or text. If they don't receive their payments on time they will make sure that none of their vendors provide service even though you have to pay the vendor directly not pool town. My recommendation would be to make sure you call pool town as soon as you have any issues and keep calling until your issues are resolved. make sure you read the contract carefully including the fine prints. more

Pool town employees are very professional. When arriving to my home for work they were extremely aware of the surroundings and are courteous and good-spirited. They are extremely responsive and communication between us was and is excellent. They come greatly recommended. more

We've been swimming in our pool for the past 2 summers, and I enjoy the pool as much (probably more) than the day we first jumped in. I would suggest that everyone designing their pool have a sundeck as part of it! Billy was great in getting us informed, helping with decisions, and being available anytime we had a question. Once the digging started we were very happy with the work all the subs did. We were sure to be clear about what we needed - and they did a great job making it happen. We had checked out the other Pool Town installs in our town and we ended up being as happy as the people we talked to. Sure, there were small bumps along the way but what big project doesn't? The important thing is that they were all handled without much problem. Between working directly with the subs and the office staff everyone was really trying to get us into a beautiful pool and happy. I'd use them again - I just don't plan to because I'm not leaving this pool anytime soon! more

NEVER have Pool Town install anything in your yard, least of all, a pool. In November 2020, they replaced my 20 by 40 pool liner. Over the next few months, the coping around the liner keep coming out. Service came three times trying to repair it. The following July 2021, the liner had a tear just below the coping. Thus began a back and forth between Pool Town and the Liner Manufacturer with me in the middle. Pool Town said liner was defective - Liner company said it was installation defect, not covered by warranty. I didn't care, they installed it and needed to make it right. I offered to pay for new liner replacement if they reduced the liner price by 50%. They insulted me by sending me a price list with full prices. No response to me about my offer. About three weeks ago, they came out and patched the rip. That's the only response they would consider. My only option is to take them to Small Claims Court. And they need to invest in customer service training. Again, NEVER, NEVER HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH POOL TOWN. more

Pool Town did an excellent job installing our pool. They were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, specifically Leesa Desimone. She made the whole experience great from start to finish. Its evident that she is an expert at her job and customer satisfaction is definitely her top priority.
