We've been swimming in our pool for the past 2 summers, and I enjoy the pool as much (probably more) than the day we first jumped in. I would suggest that everyone designing their pool have a sundeck as part of it! Billy was great in getting us informed, helping with decisions, and being available anytime we had a question. Once the digging started we were very happy with the work all the subs did. We were sure to be clear about what we needed - and they did a great job making it happen. We had checked out the other Pool Town installs in our town and we ended up being as happy as the people we talked to. Sure, there were small bumps along the way but what big project doesn't? The important thing is that they were all handled without much problem. Between working directly with the subs and the office staff everyone was really trying to get us into a beautiful pool and happy. I'd use them again - I just don't plan to because I'm not leaving this pool anytime soon!
