No hassle appt., on time service, diagnosed the problem with the fridge immediately and had it fixed in minutes. Will certainly use this service again.

Worst

Expensive and misleading. Nice guy stops by, looks at the problem and within minutes tells me it's going to be 160 dollars to fix two sensors and a switch. I say ok then he bangs...

Found them online and you could book them online as well! Arrived close to the agreed time and quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. Saw another possible issue and the technician told me how to fix it myself without being charged for that as it was a simple fix. Won't hesitate to use them again! more

Appointment time 9/21/2013

I had to leave to pick up my child 1 hour and 15 minutes after scheduled appointment. I left a note saying that I would have to reschedule and I received a note back advising me that it is a 2 hour window for appointments with an exclamation point after it. You do not see that you request a 2 hour window unless you scroll down after your appointment confirmation page. Didnt think I deserved an exclamation point. See you Monday between 4 and 6 more

This is the 4th time I've used Pitstop Repair. Once again they were on time, knowledgeable and efficient. My washing machine broke at 10 a.m. I went online and made an appt. They were here at 2 p.m. Problem fixed before they left. Highly recommend more

    We will send a technician to your house who will look at your appliance and tell you his diagnosis of what is wrong.

    He will then tell you what the cost of the repair would be (parts + labor charge) if you choose to fix it.

    All of our appointments are scheduled in a 2 hour window time frame.

    Can't leave work? We offer evening (M-F 5pm-7pm) and Sat & Sun (9am-noon).
    To our knowledge, we are the only company to offer such options.
