I cannot say enough about the all around service I received from Pitstop. The showed up on time, charged me half of what Sears wanted to and emailed me later stating that they researched the problem I had. In the email it stated, they believed the problem was a manufacture issue. They didn't want to charge me to fix it, when really SAMSUNG (uugh) should be responsible. You dont see this type of business anymore. I will and have, recommended them to everyone I know. PITSTOP...A+
