No hassle appt., on time service, diagnosed the problem with the fridge immediately and had it fixed in minutes. Will certainly use this service again.

Worst

Expensive and misleading. Nice guy stops by, looks at the problem and within minutes tells me it's going to be 160 dollars to fix two sensors and a switch. I say ok then he bangs...

Fast, efficient, honest 9/15/2011

Just an overall positive experience. Would recommend them to anyone. Repairman explained everything, like taking a class. You just felt good about the process. more

I was able to book online for a next day appt. Loved the two hour window. My tech Josh arrived on time and was very friendly, professional, knowledgable, and worked very quickly. Gave excellent advice on what to look for when purchasing a new washer ( mine was not worth fixing). Highly recommend Pitstop! more

Wasn't good news, but still very helpful 9/11/2011

After a few minutes of investigation, it was determined that our refrigerator had seen better days and it was time to say goodbye... But the money spent on the service call was worth the tips and information about what to look for when buying a new one. Friendly, fast service. I highly recommend Pitstop and will surely use them again in the future. more

In the aftermath of Irene, washer died. A&E could only book appointments three weeks out, Pittstop was only a week. The gentleman was professional, informative and sorry to tell me that the washer wasn't worth fixing. I appreciated his honesty and would definitely use Pitstop's service again. more

on a friday night our stove stopped working, i went on line and booked an appointment for the next morning, they came and fixed the stove in less than a half hour. It was so easy and the service was excellent. The only thing we were confused about was why we had to pay for a service call and the labor it seems like the service call fee should have been taken off the labor fee. more

Honest, professional, timely. I had not used my dryer for months because it did not heat up when I turned it on. Pitstop technician (Josh) came to look at it and told me it wasn't broken probably just a computer glitch. It is working perfectly and I am so grateful for his honesty. I just had to pay the standard service charge. I will be calling them from now on for any appliance repairs. more

Don't waste time searching the web for parts, do it yourself repair tips, or any other service company....just call them! more

Fast Service, Experienced Tech., and Reasonable prices 8/7/2011

Was able to schedule an appointment for my refrigerator within 2 hours, and the tech. came on time. He was very professional and new exactly what the problem was in the first few minutes. He carried a replacement part in his car, and I was up and running within an hour. I would highly recommend Pitstop. more

The guy came to my house right on time and was nice and very knowledgeable. He checked out my broken dryer and within probably under 10 minutes he knew what was wrong and explained it to me. I highly recommend this company! more

Josh was quite courteous, pleasant and knowledgeable. I was dreading having my front loading dryer fixed. Luckily, the diagnosis & fix was simple (my son forgot to put the lint vent back and a sock got in where the lint is trapped). Dryer was fixed in less than ½ hour! Definite thumbs up for Pitstop! I liked their 2-hour window, customer service and they fixed my dryer! more

Nothing could have been simpler getting my recently broken washer back in working order. 24 hours after online contact , someone was at my door and the washer was fixed in less than 10 minutes! The parts were on the truck and the serviceman could not have been more pleasant. Bye-bye Sears! Waiting 10 days for a service call is crazy. Thank you Pitstop! more

    We will send a technician to your house who will look at your appliance and tell you his diagnosis of what is wrong.

    He will then tell you what the cost of the repair would be (parts + labor charge) if you choose to fix it.

    All of our appointments are scheduled in a 2 hour window time frame.

    Can't leave work? We offer evening (M-F 5pm-7pm) and Sat & Sun (9am-noon).
    To our knowledge, we are the only company to offer such options.
