No hassle appt., on time service, diagnosed the problem with the fridge immediately and had it fixed in minutes. Will certainly use this service again.

Worst

Expensive and misleading. Nice guy stops by, looks at the problem and within minutes tells me it's going to be 160 dollars to fix two sensors and a switch. I say ok then he bangs...

Repair man (Josh)arrived on time and within an hour my MayTag power cord and block were repaced and working perfectly! FYI - May-tag repair service Dan Marc- People were rude, did not keep appointments and bought the wrong replacement parts!!!! Worst Service Ever! Minus 5 points!!! more

I highly recommend this service to anyone. It's so easy to schedule the appointment online, the cost is outlined on their website and they show up within 2 hour time period that is alloted. Our service technician was friendly, professional and I felt so comfortable with him. He fixed our dryer right away. I will call them anytime I have a problem with an appliance. Thank you!! more

Excellent service, easy scheduling, friendly, courteous, honest, punctual...my ice maker line had sprung a leak and basically flooded my kitchen. Josh knew immed what the problem was and fixed it in ten minutes. I will definitely use them again. Thanks so much! more

We became concerned that there may have been a gas leak in our gas dyer. After checking a few we deicded to call Pitstop Appliance Repair. We used their services once before with great results. It was super easy to make appt that was good for me and enter the problem. He verified dryer working fine and walked me through what if scenarios to watch in case I had any other concers, Very satisfied and will only contact them for any future appliance repairs!! more

Quick, reliable and effective repair 6/21/2012

Four days before closing the sale of my home, the oven broke during the cleaning cycle. Made an on-line appointment for the next day. Since the oven door was locked, the tech couldn't determine the exact model number. He ordered several versions of the part to assure that one would work. The parts arrived the next day. Made another appointment the next day and the oven was repaired. I am extremely satisfied with the reservation process, speed, cost and effectiveness of the repair. more

The freezer seems to be working right before the repairman showed up. At least i would expect him to do a check-up to make sure nothing else is wrong. The guy did not bother to check anything else. Not too impressed. more

I scheduled my appointment online for the next day. Welcome to my world Sears. The service person arrived on time with the correct part. He had a good understanding of the issue from my description of the problem. My son was home from college and said..."This guy is amazing. You should always call him if you need something repaired." more

Fast efficient friendly knowledgeable 5/26/2012

My dryer broke Friday memorial day weekend at 11:30 a.m. I had good experience with Pitstop in the past so i gave them another shot. They arrived on time, came armed with appropriate various parts based on the information i gave them, and they were out in am hour. Well done, i'd recommend them to anyone... more

    We will send a technician to your house who will look at your appliance and tell you his diagnosis of what is wrong.

    He will then tell you what the cost of the repair would be (parts + labor charge) if you choose to fix it.

    All of our appointments are scheduled in a 2 hour window time frame.

    Can't leave work? We offer evening (M-F 5pm-7pm) and Sat & Sun (9am-noon).
    To our knowledge, we are the only company to offer such options.
