No hassle appt., on time service, diagnosed the problem with the fridge immediately and had it fixed in minutes. Will certainly use this service again.

Worst

Expensive and misleading. Nice guy stops by, looks at the problem and within minutes tells me it's going to be 160 dollars to fix two sensors and a switch. I say ok then he bangs...

First time I looked for service online rather than asking a friend for a reference. I was very pleased with the professionalism as well as the service. The repairman was on time, honest about what my options might be and repaired what he could very quickly. I will call Pitstop again. more

Still waiting for the actual repair, but my oven problem was diagnosed quickly and repairman was very pleasant and on time. Part will take a while to recive, but I don't fault the rapair people for that. more

We're very pleased with the service. The rep. Is always on time or calls. It takes only a few minutes for him to see what is wrong. He either fixes it then or gets back to you with costs and advice on weather it's worth fixing. more

When we moved into our home and discovered that our Thermidor professional range wasn't working properly, Pitstop was called and a repairman came to asses the problem. He was about 30 min. late for his first visit. After parts arrived, he returned (on time) to make the repairs. Unfortunately 2 pieces came incorrectly from the manufacturer so he must return another time. He was a very nice guy, super knowledgeable and very professional. It was easy to make the appointments on line. more

My dryer wasn't working. He checked and fixed the belt, did not charge for a new belt, because that was was still good (thank you), arrived on time and fixed my dryer in no time. He's also repaired my washing machine in the past and I had the same experience. He's always reliable and very honest. more

Great service 10/9/2011

I had had enough with my dishwasher on Thursday night at 10pm! I found Pitstop online, made an appointment for the next day (and threw in another appliance while they would be at the house). Josh arrived just a few minutes after the beginning of the scheduled window. He was knowledgeable and professional and was quickly able to resolve both issues for a very reasonable fee. I will DEFINITELY recommend Pitstop to friends & family! more

Sunday afternoon, my dryer decided to not heat. Since I purchased the dryer at Sears, I decided to call them first thing on Monday morning. They took all my information and gave me a service appointment two weeks away? Really? I looked online and found Pitstop was located in my area. My dryer was working by Tuesday afternoon! Thanks! Definitely will recommend to anyone in need. more

I HAVE HAD SO MANY PROBLEMS WITH MY VIKING RANGE I CAN'T BEGIN TO TELL YOU. FINALLY A REPAIR PERSON WHO WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HONEST. THANK YOU SO MUCH AND I KNOW I WILL NEED YOU AGAIN AS THE IGNITOR ON THIS OVEN ONLY LAST ABOUT 6 MONTHS. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY ANY VIKING APPLIANCE. I was very pleased with the service I received from Pitstop Appliance. The repair man arrived within the timeframe scheduled and knew right away what was wrong with my refrigertor before opening it to confirm. The cost is great considereing what other repair services charge. I had originally called Sears who gave me two week window before anyone could come out. I will definitely call Pitstop again for service on all of my appliances. more
