No hassle appt., on time service, diagnosed the problem with the fridge immediately and had it fixed in minutes. Will certainly use this service again.

Worst

Expensive and misleading. Nice guy stops by, looks at the problem and within minutes tells me it's going to be 160 dollars to fix two sensors and a switch. I say ok then he bangs...

Oven would not heat 12/7/2012

It's easy to schedule an appointment online. They have shown up within the 2 hour window each of the three or four times I've scheduled them for various repairs. They've always diagnosed and repaired quickly, once with an additional visit after getting a part. The price is reasonable. This is my "go to" appliance repair service. more

LG Dryer repair 11/27/2012

Easy schedule appointment via internet. Technician came on time. Figured out the problem, next day they send me price quote (labour+part). As soon as part was shipped I was informed (It took 1 week) and I scheduled another appointment. I would use them again. Only one suggestion: it would be great if I could check order status online. Josh returned my call promptly, and even gave his preliminary diagnosis (leaking pump), and estimate over the phone. I made my appointment online at 9pm, and he showed up at 11am the next morning - very pleased. His diagnosis was correct, and repaired quickly (40 minute). I guess all those other reviews were accurate. I'm a satisfied customer. more

Refrigerator Repair 10/15/2012

I found out my refrigerator was dead on a Saturday night, went on-line and was able to make an appointment for Sunday morning. Repairman was there on time, diagnosed the problem, had the parts on hand and fixed the problem. Also offered advice on how to prevent problems with other appliances. I couldn't find anyone else willing to come out on a Sunday. Will definitely use Pitstop again. more

Scotsman ice maker repair 9/5/2012

Leaking Refridgerator Repair 8/26/2012

Josh came to us early Sunday morning, quickly evaluated the issue ( a cracked water holder in frige) and fixed it, all in less than an hour. He also gave recommendations on fridge settings as well. Finally, he provided his excellent service for an incredibly reasonable price, less than what I had paid a year ago for someone who could not fix the issue. All in all, a great experience. I would certainly use Pitstop again, and am telling all my friends. more

Whirlpool Dishwasher Repair - Very Pleased 8/14/2012

Service tech (Josh) arrived at just before 4:00 - was quick to diagnose the problem, and provided me promptly with a repair price. He was able to fix it quickly and also was quite nice about giving me advice on the machine as well. I would definitely use this company again without a second thought more

    All of our appointments are scheduled in a 2 hour window time frame.
