No hassle appt., on time service, diagnosed the problem with the fridge immediately and had it fixed in minutes. Will certainly use this service again.

Worst

Expensive and misleading. Nice guy stops by, looks at the problem and within minutes tells me it's going to be 160 dollars to fix two sensors and a switch. I say ok then he bangs...

Pitstop was right on time and repair took 10 minutes - I and am glad we have such a good local expert to count on! BTW- Viking wanted $180+ to come look at appliance!. more

Expensive and misleading. Nice guy stops by, looks at the problem and within minutes tells me it's going to be 160 dollars to fix two sensors and a switch. I say ok then he bangs me with a bill for 240.00. I question why so much more than the quoted price he THEN tells me he didn't include the charge of 65.00 for him to diagnose the problem when he quoted me the repair price. more

Stove repair 2/7/2013

Our tech came out at the promised time and fixed the stove within ten minutes. I was back in baking business in no time. This is our second time using Pitstop and if anything else goes wrong it won't be our last. Thank you! more

Very happy with service 1/31/2013

I scheduled the appointment online, and they arrived within the two hour window. The technician was very courteous and explained everything as he looked into my situation. He was able to repair the problem and only charged the fee for coming out. It was well worth it! I will call again if I ever have any issues with any of my appliances! more

Oven Repair 1/30/2013

Immediately after the oven broke, I requested an ON-LINE appt. It was easy. The service was prompt and courteous. What a great idea these men had to put this company together!!!! GREAT EXPERIENCE! Highly recommend! more

Washing machine and dryer repair 1/27/2013

After 3 weeks without laundry, my washer/dryer was finally installed out of storage following renovation. Sure enough, washing machine poured water on floor, and dryer made horrible noises. Got SAME DAY appointment via Pitstop's website, problems were fixed quickly (loose stuff from jostling in and out of storage) and only charged for service call, reasonable rates. Plus the guy who came to my house was very nice. EXCELLENT experience! more

Could not fix appliance. First thought was that computer on hood was gone, but later found that there is no electric supply to unit. Was told to call an electrician. more

Pitstop is the best. The repairman came on time and in no time at all had diagnosed the problem we were having. He was very frank and honest and we decided to think about whether to repair or replace the dishwasher. We have decided to go ahead and repair and now we are waiting for a part. I have every confidence that the work will be done in a timely and professional manner. more

Pitstop Appliance Repair is the only repair people I will call, prompt and very helpful. The repair man gave us good ideas for our washer and dryer so they work better. Still have the problem, but my husband ordered the 2 little parts that we hope will take care of the shaking. No matter how I balance the laundry it shakes all over the floor. I am not saying that the repair man didn't finish his job I have no way to know until we try the new parts. more

    We will send a technician to your house who will look at your appliance and tell you his diagnosis of what is wrong.

    He will then tell you what the cost of the repair would be (parts + labor charge) if you choose to fix it.

    All of our appointments are scheduled in a 2 hour window time frame.

    Can't leave work? We offer evening (M-F 5pm-7pm) and Sat & Sun (9am-noon).
