Boiler Service par excellence 11/18/2016

Saied and his assistant could not have been more professional, competent and courteous. I stayed with them the whole time and came away from the experience thoroughly impressed. It is a thing of beauty to see skilled workers complete complex tasks with a minimum of steps and conversation. I hope Saied stays at Magnolia for a very long time. Also, I need to mention and compliment the front office staff who kept me informed as to their location and schedule and were in every way helpful and charming. more

Reggie D. performed his duties in an outstanding manner as a Magnolia Plumbing Service Pro. He was courteous and professional and did not hesitate to answer the many questions I had about my furnace. Great Service, Frustrating Pricing 10/27/2016

I would recommend Magnolia, especially for problems that might be difficult or harder than normal to fix. My technician, Carlos, was great and answered a number of questions about my radiant heating system. Magnolia tends to be more expensive than some of their competitors, but the work is of high quality. They are prompt and the service is good. As a warning, the pricing for their services can be quite frustrating. Magnolia does not charge by the hour or for supplies. They use a book of prices, which can be frustrating to deal with. Sticker shock about the price for a repair is usually made worse because there are a number of other subsidiary charges. So it can be $600 to replace a valve, but an additional $290 to drain the system. more

A long time coming! 10/20/2016

I contacted Magnolia about about four months ago trying to get a technician out to look over my air condition system. unfortunately the receptionist input my request into the commercial side of the business and it should have been the residential side. After two visits and a couple of phone calls I finally was sent the best technician, Russ K. The upper management apologized several times and followed my case. Russ was extremely professional, understanding of the frustration I had with not getting my problem solved. He took his time, was neat, and explained what he was doing , why and how to maintain the type of system I had. I live in an old building that has a shared heating and cooling system that not many companies in the District of Colombia service let alone have the people that know how to operate these systems. I will have for Russ if I need help again. Russ gave his company a second chance with me to provide the service I needed and expected. Thank you Russ. more

When my plumber retired, I called Magnolia. that company does the best work, is honest and up front about options and pricing. They come on time, as scheduled within the timebands provided. they call and alert one that the service provider is enroute. more

Excellent Work and Professional Manner 8/28/2016

We have been using Magnolia Plumbing for almost 30 years for all of our plumbing and AC service. Everyone there is wonderful to work with. Today (Sunday) Felix came to one of our rental buildings and replaced a hot water heater. He had texted me the day before, and i sent him a picture of the unit and the identifying marks so that he could get the right one to install. He arrived exactly when he said that he would, and he installed the new unit and then stayed to make sure that it worked and that the tenants did indeed have hot water.We use magnolia for our residence and for all of our rental units. I could not manage our rentals myself without Magnolia. I never call anyone else. OK, they might be a bit more expensive than someone else; however, they ALWAYS do the job well, and they ALWAYS come when they say they will. That's worth a lot. more

Great service 8/24/2016

Smart, courteous personnel who analyze the problem and provide detailed information about options. If you have an older house, even with not-so-old systems, their service contracts and regular inspections are well worth the cost. Checking prices online for parts, etc., I always find that Magnolia is fair. more

Absolutely outstanding service 7/16/2016

Our service technician, Carlos R., was extremely professional and very competent. Not only did he diagnosis and fix a myriad of problems on two systems, but perhaps even more importantly he took the time and patience to teach me about why we were having the problems we were experiencing-- so as not to have them again. I was incredibly impressed with his generosity in spending whatever time was necessary to not only get the job done-- but to do it right. I will recommend Carlos, with enthusiasm and without hesitation, to all who are looking for an honest, competent and detail-oriented air conditioning professional. Satisfied Customer 7/6/2016

I had some plumbing issues at home and was very satisfied to have talked to Jennifer in Customer Service who advised me that a service representative would be able to assist me today. She later called me to say that they had someone available earlier than the time slot she provided and that the service technician was on his way. Felix S. was very professional. Upon entering my home he put on safety protection for his shoes and assessed the problem I was having. He immediately went to work on it and in no time was done. I was very impressed by the time it took him to complete the job. I have used them before and they continue to be reliable. Thanks Magnolia. more
