Great Service Pro for our Cooling System 6/27/2016

I highly recommend Magnolia Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling. They were able to come look at my leaking AC unit the same day I called. Sam was a great Service Pro who showed me where the problem was and explained all my options in detail and fixed our AC in no time. I highly recommend them! more

Magnolia Heating/Cooling Emergency Service 6/12/2016

Carlos came out on a Sunday to address a cooling issue on a 95 degree day. He arrived within the appointed window, quickly diagnosed the problem, answered my questions and set up an appointment for me to address other issues. He fixed the problem within an hour. Very polite and conscientious. And kudos to Magnolia for having a technician out on a weekend, on the hottest day of the year in a matter of hours. Much appreciated. more

Excellent service 6/7/2016

I scheduled a Magnolia visit (I have the USA membership) to do the regular inspection of plumbing and AC/Heating. People arrived on time and explained what they would do. They answered all my questions satisfactorily and gave me advice on how to keep ac/heat working well. more

A/C Service 6/1/2016

I came back from a long weekend to find that my A/C wasn't working properly, and it was 85 degrees. I called Magnolia for an emergency service call. Saeid was dispatched around 9 pm and was patient and professional. He was honest, and did a follow-up visit the next day. He was prompt and courteous, and did not oversell any products I didn't want or need. He was outstanding! Donna more

Carlos R helped us enjoy Memorial Day weekend in a cool house! 5/30/2016

We called Magnolia on Thursday morning and by 4 pm, Carlos R. was at our house to fix our air conditioning so it would be up and working by the weekend. He explained everything that needed to be fixed and also walked through the cost of the repairs. We worked out the math and realized it would be more economical to purchase a service agreement. It was one of the hottest days of the summer, so we are grateful for his quick attention. Since then, one of the AC units started to leak and we've already called Magnolia for a repair. more

Been using their services for more than a decade. They are always professional, always fair and always honest and trustworthy. We have traditionally asked for one of their best and most experienced professionals, Mike. His work is always beyond excellent. This time because of the need to move quickly, we got a relative newby , Humberto, to answer our call. Got to say, this fella turned out to be another consummate professional, patient, and knowledgable. He fully answered our questions and concerns, quoted a fair price and made the whole process hassle free. The office staff is also a pleasure to deal with, they are prompt and responsive, they always make you feel that Magnolia appreciates your business, that you are important to them. Try this company if you have a plumbing problem, they will not disappoint. more
