Excellent Service 10/15/2015

Gary Anthony did a great job at my home yesterday -- very competent skilled professional, and with manners and comportment that was impressive. Kitchen Sink Drain 9/28/2015

The kitchen drain for the sink and dish washer was blocked and would not drain. Kenny H expertly diagnosed the problem with the plumbing under the kitchen sink and solved the problem by snaking the drain line and clearing the block in the drain in the wall. He managed to keep all the existing plumbing and saved me some money by not unnecessarily replacing plumbing fixtures. I was very impressed and would recommend him to others. Kitchen sink drains again...Great job...thanks. more

Plumbing Repair 9/24/2015

Kenny was able to quickly diagnose the source of a leak we discovered in our home. The work would take several hours to complete and was a 2-person job so he would have to come back, but was able to get us scheduled within 2 days. He was great and was able to complete the job towards the lower end of the estimated hours. Only complaint is that Magnolia tends to be on the higher end of prices. more

Excellent, Fast Service 6/5/2015

We had a burst pipe after hours (of course). First, Magnolia Plumbing answered the phone immediately and provided excellent information and support. Next, their service pro Kenny H called to confirm the issue (to ensure he brought the correct parts) and his time of arrival (within 30 minutes). We were fully informed of all fees prior to service both by the answering service and Kenny. I can't tell you how awesome Kenny was as a professional and a person. He went above and beyond to resolve the issue, conducted an excellent repair, and was super friendly and courteous throughout. We would definitely call Magnolia Plumbing again AND specifically request Kenny. Excellent response, excellent repair, and excellent customer service. Definitely five stars!! more

Have used often for minor and major repairs 4/14/2015

have always gotten great / fast service from Magnolia. I've never had to have someone come out and do the work again. Reggie D was the pro that came out this last week to service our a/c unit and he was on time, worked quickly and effectively, made some recommendations, found a less expensive alternative and did an all around great job. My family highly recommends these folks. more

Outstanding Service 1/11/2015

Our boiler stopped working in 19 degree weather late on a Friday night. Sean came on Sat., got the boiler running, and stayed to make sure all of the radiators were working. 4 hours later it shut itself off again. Sean came back, stayed until 8 pm on a Saturday night, fixed the heater and promised to come back if it shut off again. It didn't, but he called on Sunday to check on us. Throughout, Sean was kind, polite and candid about what he could and couldn't do. I will continue to call on Magnolia and always ask for Sean! more
