We were so impressed by the knowledge, competency, and courtesy of Darrell that we decided to use Magnolia for our project. He answered all of our questions and his explanations were detailed and just gave us a sense that our project would be done to the highest standards. We have had two other companies review the project and provide estimates however after Darrells visit we quickly realized that thier assessments were superficial and incomplete. more

I have been a customer of Magnolia for a long time and this service call was yet another reason to stay with them. Needed a garbage disposal replaced. Darrell did it quickly and without any mess, and explained "care and feeding" things I didn't know (who knew, no carrot and potato peelings, or eggshells?). Also replaced a "wheel" cut-off valve in my basement, again, much faster than I expected and without anything to clean up. Very happy and recommend highly. more

The team handled my master bathroom water leak with great determination. It took them to perform a leak search to find not one, but two leaks coming from my bathroom. Very glad they did whatever possible to diagnose the issue and were able to quickly come to conclusion about what needed to be done. One leak was fixed immediately onsite with no charge. more

My residential boiler went out. I was referred to Magnolia by the manufacturer of the boiler. Carlos came and fixed it promptly, professionally and courteously. Afterwards, about 4 days later a similar issue arose on my boiler. Carlos, immediately came out on a Sunday that he wasn't supposed to be working, diagnosed the problem and found a work around solution. He is smart, efficient at what he does and can problem solve. I highly recommend Carlos to anyone with heating issues. more

This was my very first appointment with Magnolia and I was very excited when they were referred to me. I had never experienced a gas leak before. So the quick response for an appointment put my mind at ease. The first 45 minutes started out a little Rocky and I apologized . My recommendation is to make sure all supplies are on the truck that you will be using to provide the services before the truck pulls from this shop. Or atleast ask more questions prior to scheduling the appointment.I was truly educated today. Other than that my service tech went beyond the call of duty. He had to leave my home to get a specific hose size needed for my range that was not on the truck. I got very nervous because I had another engagement right after. He made it back in a timely manner so that I could make my next appointment replaced my hose and checked to make sure everything worked before he departed my home.I am a homeowner and on the condo board where I live. I will let the other condo board member know of the good customer service that was provided to me today.So it started out rough but at the end I was truly satisfied. And let him know the tips I was given for my toilet worked!! Kudos to him!! more
