We have been using Magnolia Plumbing for almost 30 years for all of our plumbing and AC service. Everyone there is wonderful to work with. Today (Sunday) Felix came to one of our rental buildings and replaced a hot water heater. He had texted me the day before, and i sent him a picture of the unit and the identifying marks so that he could get the right one to install. He arrived exactly when he said that he would, and he installed the new unit and then stayed to make sure that it worked and that the tenants did indeed have hot water.We use magnolia for our residence and for all of our rental units. I could not manage our rentals myself without Magnolia. I never call anyone else. OK, they might be a bit more expensive than someone else; however, they ALWAYS do the job well, and they ALWAYS come when they say they will. That's worth a lot.
