Pleased with Service Technician 6/8/2017

I was quite pleased with the knowledge and service provided by the service technician Darrell Laskey. Darrell was very professional, explained everything up front, and was quite knowledgeable of repairing my shower. I appreciate Darrell's CLEAR communication when explaining to me (in terms I can understand) the problem he identified with my shower. Thanks so much ! I will definitely call Magnolia Plumbing Heating and Cooling once again, but if Magnolia and Darrell should ever part, I will follow Darrell ! Great service ! more

Recent service visit 5/20/2017

I've been dealing with Magnolia for a couple of years now. They have been the only AC/Heating service in my home other than the builder. I have no complaints about the quality of the service or the support staff in the main office. My only issue was I did not get a reminder that my service contract was about to expire. This wasn't such a big deal as I could renew at the time of the visit. It seems to me that this info is contained in your customer database which could easily be programmed to alert your customers. Again not a deal breaker but it would be consistent with how other companies do business. more

Great / Prompt Service 5/19/2017

My air conditioner decided to break during the first heat wave of the season. I called in the morning, and the tech was at my house that afternoon. He diagnosed the problem and explained exactly what was wrong. I decided to sign up for the Gold Service Plan and saved 25% on the work which was a big help. He also did a full checkup of my system and flushed the drain which was apparently pretty clogged. I am happy with their service and would recommend them to others. more

Magnolia Excells 5/19/2017

The Magnolia Company installed my HVAC equipment 15 years ago during a remodel of our home. I have used the company since then for service & repair. The company is responsive and keeps me informed of any problems which may arise. Technician Mr. Reggie Dean is a very thorough individual who goes the extra mile to ensure my systems are in top notch condition be fore he leaves. This is a good Company! more

Excellent, Helpful, Patient, Knowledgeable 5/3/2017

Two service providers from Magnolia came to our house - one to repair 3 plumbing issues and one to service AC. Tan did the AC and was thorough, explained what he was doing and was pleasant. Genevan did the plumbing and explained the different options for repair and then did the repair that we selected. Both technicians were terrific and I would recommend them highly. Nancy Wilson more

Magnolia and Mr.Bush, are the best 4/21/2017

We use Magnolia not only for our home but also our business, which consists of over 300 hundred apartments. We trust them, and they do impeccable work. As for our home, all of technicians are great, but Mr.Michael Bush, has become part of the family. He is honest, clean, and does his job with perfection. We always make sure he is the one to attend our service calls. Thank you Magnolia for making one aspect of our lives so much easier. more

Satisfied 4/19/2017

The Customer Service people kept me informed via phone calls when to expect the service technician and to let me know he was running late on a prior job. When Darrell arrived he was courteous and thorough. He gave me an estimate for repairing the pipe, but plugged it with silicone to temporarily stop the leak. I will be getting a second estimate just to compare prices. more

Recently Reggie D. of Magnolia Plumbing came out to my home to service my air conditioning unit. Actually, this was the second time he'd been to my home to service my HVAC system. Each time, Reggie was prompt, polite, professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to details. He provided top-notch, high-quality service. I never know who they are going to send out when I call, but I will be sure to ask for Reggie in the future! more

Great Job 4/14/2017

Humberto H did a few jobs at my house today: he and his coworker installed a new bathroom sink, fixed a few pipe problems and worked on my kitchen sink. He was great and really informative. He explained everything and got my permission before doing any work. I was clear about what was being done and how much everything cost. The work space was left really clean and he was great to work with. I highly recommend Humberto H for any work in your home. more

Dependable and Knowledgable 4/9/2017

Have used Magnolia several times over the past decade. They are fair and you know what the price will be based on the service book they show for each repair job. Michael and his assistant were professional and efficient in finding a hidden leak from an upstairs bathroom sink. They cleaned up plaster and other materials that had to be cut into to find the leak. Excellent job. Brittany was very efficient in responding quickly by email but also was proactive to call me when the status on the call needed to be changed. Don't look further when you need a plumber. You're getting a good company in Magnolia - and if you get Michael and Brittany, you're getting the best. more

Appreciation for plumbing work 3/31/2017

Humberto was pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the leak problem quickly and explained clearly what was needed and what it would cost. He followed up two days later with the necessary supplies, made the repair, and showed me exactly what he had done. He was a delight to work with. more
