I called Magnolia for an A/C leak thinking they had expert technicians that would charge an arm and a leg but get the job done right the first time. To get to the site, I had to drive for an hour and wait for the Magnolia technician to arrive. There was a confusion between the time they had set for his arrival over the phone and the time that they confirmed by e-mail, which caused me consternation a several calls to straighten out. The technician they sent was the wrong person, who had no experience in A/C. We had to reschedule and I had another one hour drive and wait for the second technician. This time he was the right person but with the wrong tools. He could not check the A/C drain pipe more than a few feet since all he had was a can of spray to unclog the pipe. The clog turned out to be further away. So while he thought he fixed the problem, the A/C leak has not been resolved. Their work is not insured, therefore I am now out $257 and still have the original problem. I have been so abused that I will never use Magnolia again.
