I had some plumbing issues at home and was very satisfied to have talked to Jennifer in Customer Service who advised me that a service representative would be able to assist me today. She later called me to say that they had someone available earlier than the time slot she provided and that the service technician was on his way. Felix S. was very professional. Upon entering my home he put on safety protection for his shoes and assessed the problem I was having. He immediately went to work on it and in no time was done. I was very impressed by the time it took him to complete the job. I have used them before and they continue to be reliable. Thanks Magnolia.
