I contacted Magnolia about about four months ago trying to get a technician out to look over my air condition system. unfortunately the receptionist input my request into the commercial side of the business and it should have been the residential side. After two visits and a couple of phone calls I finally was sent the best technician, Russ K. The upper management apologized several times and followed my case. Russ was extremely professional, understanding of the frustration I had with not getting my problem solved. He took his time, was neat, and explained what he was doing , why and how to maintain the type of system I had. I live in an old building that has a shared heating and cooling system that not many companies in the District of Colombia service let alone have the people that know how to operate these systems. I will have for Russ if I need help again. Russ gave his company a second chance with me to provide the service I needed and expected. Thank you Russ.
