This was my first car buying experience, and I couldn't have been happier. I worked with Chad Rawson, and I was so impressed with his level of knowledge and service. Everyone else there was so nice to me too! It sounds dumb, but whenever I get into my new Honda CR-V, I think of all the people who made my experience great!\r \r Edit 4/3: I just received a hand written thank you note in the mail from Chad. How nice is that!? I put it on my fridge. I will certainly recommend this place to anyone looking for a car. Wow. :-) more

I recently had my '05 Oddesey in for a timing belt change, oil change and other maintenance service. Car was done ahead of schedule. The only problem was the lube tech failed to reset the motor oil life monitor and replace the next scheduled window sticker. I called Ben and he appologized and told me how to reset the monitor and offered to send me a new window sticker in the mail. I consider this just a minor problem. I always have my car serviced there, and am always satisfied with their courtesy and work. more

I was at Brookdale Honda for an oil change. Great service by Laurel Hansen, she remembered my vehicle and suggested things I should have checked. The service was done within the time they told me. Laurel and the service dept. are great!! more

I make the drive past numerous businesses to Brookdale Honda for the service on my Accord. Employees like Laurel confirm my decision. A warm, friendly welcome on a cold, March Minnesota day was just the start of Laurel's fantastic customer service. She scanned the coupon from my phone and sold me on another service based on the other coupon she spotted!\r The total charge was less than the initial cost of the oil change. Recently bought a 2014 CRV from Troy. After one blip with the battery, which got corrected, I am happy with the sales and service at Luther Brookdale Honda. Had it back to have side door moldings put on along with pin-striping--service was done very timely and economically. Got frustrated with the 800 number for roadside service as I was put on hold for an extended period of time (back to the battery blip mentioned above). more

Zac Schwartz has been my service manager for over 11 years now. He has never misdiagnosed an issue with my car; (not that Honda's have many actual issues). He is professional, prompt in responding; provides timely updates; is courteous and most of all strives to satisfy his customer's. Zac is the ""only"" reason I drive out of my way to have my vehicle service/repair at Brookdale Honda. There was a transitional phase with the business a few years back before they moved to the new shop. Some of the service techs made mistakes during a couple visits; i.e. didn't use parts I provided, forgot to turn off service warning lights, top off fluids, check tire pressure etc. Zac always acknowledged the problems; corrected them immediately and implement safeguards to correct these problems. I know that with Zac overseeing the service of my vehicle everything will be taken care of and I don't have to worry! Thank you Zac!!! more

My recent visit to Brookdale Honda was pleasant as always. Zack S. was excellent in explaining and answering question(s) of concern, concerning my 2012 Honda Accord Crosstour. I am hoping he is right that the noise I experience is coming from a tire, and by rotating the tires this sound should disappear in fairly short order. With just under 30,000 miles I had not expected to have tire problems! more

I took my wife's 2009 Honda Fit in for service and got the usual friendly and fast service that I have come to expect. The service reps. are wonderful, friendly and fresh-faced. Everything was explained well and they even helped me with finding the best coupons to reduce the cost of the service! You can sit in comfort and watch big screen TV and drink free coffee and eat free cookies while you wait. Great place - great service! more

Shane Stegeman greeted us when we brought our vehicle in for an oil change. He was very courteous and offered to show us to the waiting area. I had visited before, so didn't need assistance. A short time later Shane found us in the New Car Showroom and let us know our car was ready. Shane did a great job! more
