Zac Schwartz has been my service manager for over 11 years now. He has never misdiagnosed an issue with my car; (not that Honda's have many actual issues). He is professional, prompt in responding; provides timely updates; is courteous and most of all strives to satisfy his customer's. Zac is the ""only"" reason I drive out of my way to have my vehicle service/repair at Brookdale Honda. There was a transitional phase with the business a few years back before they moved to the new shop. Some of the service techs made mistakes during a couple visits; i.e. didn't use parts I provided, forgot to turn off service warning lights, top off fluids, check tire pressure etc. Zac always acknowledged the problems; corrected them immediately and implement safeguards to correct these problems. I know that with Zac overseeing the service of my vehicle everything will be taken care of and I don't have to worry! Thank you Zac!!!
