I recently purchased a 2013 Honda Ridgeline from Luther Brookdale Honda. I am in the auto business and had certain expections, and the dealer exceeded all of them! Heather Thomas was great to deal with, and had a wonderful personality which made the experience great. I was pre-approved for 1.99% financing and stated that if the dealer can match it, that I would finance with them. Well, they exceeded there as well, and beat that offer!! Needless to say that was the fastest purchase I ever made and picked up my Truck that same evening. Financing with Luther and Ben Haertzen was smooth, and I sealed the deal with a hug to Ardell Hanson the Sales Manager. All Sales transaction should go that smooth. I recently moved to the area and needed to find a Honda dealership. I found Luther Brookdale on the web. I was able to make an appointment for an oil change for the next day. I arrived 45 minutes early and was welcomed warmly. Maurice was my service person. I was prepared for a long wait, but was already leaving as my appointment time arrived. Great service and wonderful hospitality in the waiting room. I will definitely be back for all my service. more

I went in to look for a new car and I wasn't sure what kind of car I wanted, but I knew my golf clubs had to fit in the trunk. I really felt like Will understood my needs. Sure enough, Will helped me pick out a 2013 Honda Accord EX-LV6 with enough room for not only my golf clubs, but for my friends golf clubs as well. It was truly more than I could hope for and it's all thanks to Will! Also, he got me a great deal on it, took care of all my mom's concerns and answered all our questions straight up and honestly. more

I purchased my truck and have had all of the service performed at Brookdale Honda. The purchase was straight forward and the service has been fantastic. Their new service center is awesome. If you love your Honda, and I don't know why you wouldn't, the best place for service is at the Honda dealership. The prices are very competitive and the waiting area feels like the lobby of nice hotel. Free cookies, water, and coffee are available if you wait and the WiFi is super speedy. If you forget your tablet or laptop, they have private booths to watch TV. The service guys are very low to no pressure on suggested maintenance. My only complaint would be the number of cookies I can eat while waiting for my service to be completed and the number of hours I spend on the treadmill burning them off. more

We were in yesterday for an oil change & general checkup on my 2012 Honda Civic 2dr. Maurice was our service man & he did a great job. I had been told to expect 90 minutes & it only took an hour. The facility is relaxing, roomy, & enjoyable while waiting for your car\r We were in again for the oil change & maint. service. Maurice again was a joy to work with. Everyone is so helpful & eager to help. Love the place. Thank you. more

On my last visit for an oil change I got some great info on my Civic and they answered a lot of questions for me. I like their new facility and think it expresses the same tasteful simplicity of design as do their cars. I have confidence in the personnel and staff and know I am getting the proper service on my car. An improvement would be better prices on their used cars and more generous trade in allowance. All the other Honda dealers seem to be about the same, and in truth their cars have a better repair record than most others, so I guess the price is somewhat justified, but I still believe they could do more. more

Great service. Reasonable prices. Bought my CRV there and have serviced it there since. Recently my low air in tire symbol came on and so I took the car in to see if I had a problem with a tire because I was going on a road trip. They put the car in the air and found a nail. Very grateful that they looked carefully, because I was headed into a remote area the next day. Laurel rocks!! more

The pricing was competitive, but the service and attention to our needs made us choose this dealership over others that had visited. This is my second oil change since I bought the car, but the first time I had gone to Luther Brookdale Honda. The environment is very courteous and very professional as well. Though it was a Saturday, I found it to be very convenient and timely. I suppose Luther Brookdale Honda is well staffed to provide this kind of convenient service. In other places like New York where I live, if you don’t make an appointment ahead of time, you will be turned down. I really enjoy the service there, and I think while I am in Minnesota I will continue to go to Luther Brookdale Honda to service my Honda Civic. Thank you Alicia J. for helping me as well. more

Good service while having warranty transmission replacement. Cannot speak highly of Transtar transmission; new one lasted only 9 months and 8000 miles for 3 year/36 month warranty. Honda service was acceptable but it took too many trips to finally get transmission replaced. One Honda rep, Mel Chazen, was ""the bomb"". more

Received a totally false multi-point inspection on the brake pad life remaining on our 2007 Accord. They said brake pads were worn to 4-6 MM on the front pads & 3MM or less on the rear pads. Upon getting the tires rotated 3 days later, that facility measured the pads front & rear & found them to be at; front pads.245"" & rear pads .290"". Brand new pads measure at; front .450"" & rear .350"". That facility said there was absolutely no reason to replace any of the pads that are on the car !! Don't trust Brookdale Honda's remaining brake pad life measurements as they could be totally, completely FALSE, & you might get a brake job for no reason at all. more

I have been working with Brookdale Honda since we bought our 2007 Honda Element about a year ago. The service has been outstanding. I have worked with Maurice and highly recommend him as a service advisor. He is extremely conscientious about keeping me informed as the technicians diagnose my concerns. He explains all the services in a way that I can understand. I will continue to take my Honda to Brookdale and request Maurice as my service advisor. more
