Had a great experience with Chad. First time in for an oil change, I love their waiting area...complete with wifi, cookies, and HOT beverages. He discovered that the battery was low, so put a new one in for me (still under warranty), so grateful he even checked it with this subzeoro string of days & nights! more

I just recently brought my 2010 Civic in for basic maintenance (oil-change and tire rotation) and Maurice J. found something much more complicated which he repaired. He finished the repairs sooner than anticipated and now the car sounds great! Very professional and courteous. Appreciate the efforts Maurice-thanks! All the other staff members were pleasant and professional and the new location has many ammenities to offer while you wait. Would highly recommend and return when needed. Happy holidays more

Brought in my 2003 Odyssey for a recall and routine oil change. Everything was so easy and went very smoothly from booking the appointment online, checking in the vehicle for service, and the convenience of being able to connect to wi-fi and get some work done while I waited for the service. Maurice was very helpful in walking me through some potential issues with the vehicle. They just have the best customer service. I've never been disappointed in the several years that I have been serviced at Luther Brookdale Honda. more

Brought our 2006 Civic hybrid into Brookdale Honda with an IMA/engine warning light. They diagnosed a bad IMA battery and offered a spendy replacement ($2900). My service advisor, Chad Z contacted his Honda rep and was able to get a ""good will"" discount of 50%. Still an expensive fix but much more reasonable thanks to Chad's efforts. That kind of service will keep me coming back. more

It was the first snow storm in Minneapolis and I had to get my car in to fix a headlight. I barely made it to Luther Brookdale Honda, as my tires were in desperate need of being replaced as well. I drove into the service area and was met by Laurel Hansen, Service Advisor. I was so nervous to ask if they could do the extra work on my car. Laurel took incredible care of me. The first thing she said was they would do whatever they could to help me. Laurel was amazing. She made sure all the work was done exactly as I asked and at the price she quoted. Thank you so much. I am the owner of a Honda Civic 2000. My most recent visit went well at Brookdale Honda and have used the same service Rep. was Zack S. I have always gone to Brookdale even though I have move further away and have locations near me. It always feels warm and comfortable to stay and wait for my car. I don't care to take my car general auto shops because I know that Brookdale Honda uses authentic parts and they will do it correctly the first time around. more

My most recent experience was another good one at Luther Brookdale. My service rep, Maurice is the reason I won't go anywhere else, even though other locations are closer to me. He is always welcoming, does a great job explaining things without pressuring a decision, and makes sure things get done correctly. When my husband needed a new car, we bought from Luther, in no small part because I wanted Maurice to handle his car as well.\r The facilities are also so nice, I really don't mind waiting for any work to be done! I will continue to be a loyal customer. more

We moved to Minnesota in January and found Brookdale Honda to be the closest Honda dealer. They have given me great service. The personnel have all been friendly and very willing to work with me. However, I just had a coil replaced which took less than an hour at a cost of $202. I know they charge according to the job, but that is just a TAD bit high! more

I was in Brookdale Honda for oil change. I used the express lane. The service provided by Lucas was exceptional. He explained basically every detail, which required my attention, what to fix right now or can be delayed. Like to mention free car wash anytime you go for a service. Waiting room was awesome. TVs/monitors/Wifi/Newspapers, so many stuff for customers to feel comfortable. Yes, like to mention too free cookies, free hot/cold drinks! Excellent place to spend your time. I have had the pleasure having Luther Brookdale Honda service my 6 Hondas over more than 15 years. During that period I have had nothing but EXCEPTIONAL service from Chad Zastrow and the others in the service department. Chad's team really has put the SERVICE in the service department. Of course with a Honda you have not many issues. If you have question or issue it is addressed immediately and rectified. Thanks for the many years of quality and concern. more
